Don’t know what Polycom is, but cord has standard 4 terminal RJ11 male connectors (Red, Green, Black, Yellow). Fits standard (MA Bell) type phone sockets.

Standard 25 foot phone extension cord in black color. The cord is on the soft / pliable side, a flat cord (see pic), standard RJ-11 phone plus with 4 wires (see pic). The plastic phone plugs seem standard strength as other cords, clear hard plastic.

Wanted to get a cord to the desk in the opposite corner of the room from the phone wall plug from the phone company (and the DSL modem), plus connect to printer/fax at the fax at the desk. Was able to plug a phone splitter to allow running two phone extension cords to the desk, one for a phone and one for the fax.

Overall pleased, pretty much a standard extension cord, reasonable price and quality.

Our office was poorly designed – so we have phone jacks.. on opposite walls but none where we actually need them.
These made it easy to reach the phone jacks with length to spare. No more cords running under the rugs!

Our internet provider still uses phone lines, that being said it was a pain to relocate our modem using the cords it came with. This extra long cord allowed us to move it without being worried about the length of the cord & our signal strength remains strong. Standard plugs, so no issues there.

Got it for my fax and it worked perfectly.

I’ve had these cords in the past whereas the little plugs are either too flimsy or break off way too easily. I need a cord that gets unplugged every night. This brand is performing well.
