They are plastic. With the air tag inside they would not be water proof.

It’s easy, you just remove the silver ring and then the black casing can be twisted and pulled apart. Super simple to use and looks sleek.

I have a pit bull and a 10 year old son. I put the AirTag on them when we are going places with a lot of people. Call me an overprotective (dog) mom. But I rather be safe than sorry. These hold up very well with hitting on the license for the pup. And my son climbing and jumping.

Love how easy they are to use. Piece of mind for sure in case one gets out.

I personally feel like all the TPU and soft plastic holders defeat the purpose of having them if your pack pack or bag actually gets stolen, because it’s so much easier to just rip or take the tag out from soft plastic, these being hard plastic it will take additional steps and time in the scenario that you actually need it to be on your belonging long enough to track it with your phone.

Build quality is similar to the Belkin equivalent, but these are a fraction of the price. Still overpriced for what they are.

When I opened the package the quality was a bit cheaper than I expected. Plastic looked more rubberized in the picture but it’s hard plastic with a bit of sheen. Gives a bit of a “clackety” sound but holds the AirTag well and has held up with no signs of cracking. I would purchase again. (And did for my wife’s AirTag)

Works perfectly. The AirTag can spin inside the case but it won’t come out. Could probably put a thin silicon piece in there to keep it from moving if it bothers you. Would definitely buy more if I had more tags 👍

I had a silicone holder. My Air Tag popped out twice. I was able to find it because that’s what an Air Tag does. But I wanted something sturdier.

These are hard plastic. They twist together and stay together. I didn’t use the enclosed ring. I just put it on the ring my keys are on. I like that they are short don’t hang down like my silicone one.

Bought for my brother and I’d AirTags. I wanted to be able to see the engraving on them. I tested the keychain because activating the tag and I struggled to get the keychain back open which I guess is good so no one can take the tag. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you are tired of struggling to get a tag into a silicone holder then this is for you. Easy twist and lock. Very sturdy. The key loop is a round carabiner style that might not be as secure as a standard loop.

I think its an insult that Apple sells an item like this for almost the same price as the actual Airtag. This things work great and are reasonably priced compared to Apples price..
