This hook can firmly hook around the vent louver forming "triangle grasp point" for no slippage or movement and resolve the problem of falling forward and off the air vent constantly. Others clamp clip can’t catch the end of vent louver so it easy to slip and become loose and slipping off.

I am not familiar with the Tundra. I can tell you how it attaches; there is a blade with a hook on the end that is slid behind the vent blade then a nut tightens clamping the vent. A second unit that holds the phone attaches to this and allows positioning.

It should fit with the otter box, may be snug. As for the pop socket, it depends on the placement. The back of the phone holder comes to about halfway or the bottom have of the phone. So if your pop socket is near the mid-too, you should be good!

With my iPhone 11 the phone holder mount holds the phone below the side buttons, so does not press on them at all.

We have only had this cell phone holder a very short time (less than 2 weeks). In my daughter’s car, I think the likeklyhood of the cell phone holder blade breaking is a greater risk than her car (2020 Honda Accord) vent blade breaking if she hit a bump in the road.

If you have regular vents it should fit. Since I’m unfamiliar with the Supras ac vents I’m not sure without seeing a picture.

This is a great product. Pros – Easy to install, easy to use, and I no longer have to fear my phone is going to fly across the car going around the next turn lol. The only con I have is only an issue if you have an older car. If, like me, you have an older car that does not have Bluetooth capabilities, this phone holder might not be for you. It blocks access to the auxiliary port in your phone. As a work around, I just put my phone in upside down. This has not caused any issues for me, since the Maps App rotates, but I wanted to make sure others were aware incase this work around is not something they want to deal with. Over all, I am very happy with this purchase.

Gosh never thought I could love a phone holder because I thought they were all practically the same. The tightening screw to the vent is smooth and has micro click adjustments to dial in exactly how tight you want it. And no more loud noise from clamping down the phone like on the iottie. I would have a tiny ringing in my ear after each time. I like that it tucks itself back into a compact size when not in use. It’s like having best of both worlds with the stability of a full size phone holder in the size of a compact holder. The compact phone holders are so strong in the clamping that it sometimes takes 2 hands to put in and take off. I have a pixel 4 so the arm ends up right over the volume buttons but because this doesn’t use a clamp it doesn’t squeeze the buttons. And because the arm is over it I can, without looking, press the top or bottom of the arm to adjust the volume. I use this in my class b rv promaster 3500 on the vertical vent to the left of infotainment screen. I have the van gps going while google maps is up on phone to check for traffic conditions and playing music via bluetooth. At first I thought this sticks out pretty far from the vent but after first use it’s perfect because I don’t have to lean to reach the phone.

I researched several car phone holders. I was looking for one for my 2010 Nissan Altima and I took a chance on this one because it had great reviews, and guess what, it works unbelievably! The fact that you can adjust the mechanism that attaches to the car vent is incredible! I love it! I’m going to buy another one for my sons new car.

The first is hook that grabs the middle vent, the second is the vertical piece that is flushed against the top and bottom vents. In addition I’ve found that no matter how sturdy a car mount is, they loosen over time as a person removes their phone or turn and adjust the mount. The easy of placing the phone in and out the mount can’t not be explained in words. It amazes me how it can be secured in the holder, yet flows with little friction inside the holder. If there are unforseen issues I’ll update this post. I have suggested, to my friends and family to purchase this even if they already have one. This design is too much for anyone to pass on. I’ll be purchasing another one.

Update: I will still give it 5 stars, but I’ve noticed that when turned in landscape mode my phone is not stable and will eventually fall out. This I can’t consider as a bad thing, as most times I’m trying and really should be watching things on my phone that look best in landscape mode.

Super easy to install, it hooks and clamps on to the vent instead of just clamping the vent like most do. S21 fits nicely inside and the fact that it shrinks when not in use is a a nice little feature. My mom refuses to use the Bluetooth car phone so this works great for her to use hands free. If you have a pop socket or ring on the back of your phone it doesn’t sit in the mount correctly. But other than that, we have 2 and both are used daily.

This is one of those products you use, and slap your forehead and wonder out loud “why has no one done this before?”

Its super easy to literally drop your phone in to the holder, which automatically changes shape to grab it along the bottom and sides so it stays perfectly still during any driving situation I’ve had to deal with. Sure, I imagine if you rolled your car it might fall out, but — you’ve got bigger problems then…

even with gloved hands in the winter, its super easy to drop it in or just pick it up to pull it out.

Great product, will absolutely buy again if I need to and I recommend it to friends.

This gets 5 stars for holding the phone in portrait mode. The iPhone XR with a thin case fits like a glove and slides in and out effortlessly. It automatically locks the phone in and simply lifting the phone disengages the holder. It feels well made and holds firmly. The mount to vent system is a hook and not the typical squeeze style that gets weak over time.
– Unfortunately this will not hold the phone in landscape at all. When the mount is sideways the phone flys out as soon as you make a right turn.
– Bottom line, if you need a portrait only phone mount get this one. This is one of the best I have used.

I have tried a few different phone mounts for vehicles, but this one worked surprisingly well. The design was simple and effective. I opened the box and figured out how to assemble and install the mount inside my car without a hitch. I have a S20 Note Ultra 20 with a large battery case that weight over a pound, and it holds it stable while driving very well. This mount may not allow you some flexibility as other mounts, but if you want something simple and effective, this is the mount for you!

I don’t often write reviews but felt the need on this device. Not only does it work perfectly, it does not damage your cars interior with sticky adhesive. The sun does not affect its workability like other products do. I bought one for my car and then a second one for my husbands car. I just purchased a third to put in my husbands car, on the passenger side, as I was always looking for a place to put my phone when we went somewhere. Since he is too tall to fit in my Mini Cooper, we are covered with having 3. No problems with placing them on the vents in a 2020 Jeep Compass or a 2019 Mini Cooper. We both prefer them placed high to the side of the vent in both vehicles. I can highly recommend this very well built and purposeful item.
