If it works properly. Mine became a mono cable in just over 8 months.

Si el subwoofer que usted tiene tiene la coneccion RCA ese cable le funciona por que es universal para todo RCA a mi esposo le funciono si usted lo busca para audio ese le sirve .
the RCA leads on this only share a ground, so no, this would not be the correct cable for a SPDIF connection.
Yes you should be able too. I have an old song stereo receiver and I can plug that in and have surround sound, but you would have to have it as a multichannel. Since it’s just a single headphone jack
No, these are for female RCA receptacles. Banana plugs are for amps with high output. Banana plugs plug into female threaded stems on the back of amplifiers.
Check the jacks on your equipment to see if they match the connectors on the cable, thanks
This is a stereo cable. Your speaker would need to have 2 RCA Jacks and your projector needs to be stereo. Otherwise you may lose one channel. Without knowing your equipment I would have to say read your manuals. You may need a mono cable.
I use mine for audio purposes. I don’t think it’ll work for video purposes.
Yes. As long as your TV HAS A 3.5 OUTPUT.
It depends on your components but you should be able to. This cable will transfer an audio signal between one component utilizing rca input/output when a second component utilizing a 3.5mm input/output.
If your tv allows for output using either 3.5 or rca and your radio allows for input using 3.5 or rca then you’re good
This cable has the wrong ends for that purpose.

These are excellent quality cables.

Most likely you will have a volume control on your speakers themselves. RCA out jacks on the back of TVs typically only provide “Line Out” single maximal level audio signals. You’d have to get up off the sofa and turn the speakers volume knob, in that case.
It should however if you want to record your cassette audio output to your computer’s mic/line in, you probably need a software like audacity(free version) or some other kind.
Info About Amazon Basics 3.5mm to 2-Male RCA Adapter Audio Stereo Cable – 4 Feet (Reviews From Amazon)
I wanted to hook up my new TV to my Bose Wave radio to use it as a soundbar. The Bose is old enough that it still used the older RCA input jacks, Using this cable by connecting it to my headphone out audio jack on the TV to my radio worked like a charm. Now I get to watch TV with glorious Bose stereo sound.
Pricewise when I looked it was the cheapest cord by brand. Id never purchase Amazon Basics stuff before and I was Skeptical. I mean after cords comes phone cases as far as 3rd Party quality goes.
Arrived on time, plugs felt firm and quality, audio was clear far as I could tell. Only ding would be the cable itself. The material didnt have much (read:any) rigidity to it. Kind of worried one quick tug and it will snap one day.
Overall I would definitely buy another cord from Amazon Basics again.
Update: 3/2019
I’ve included pictures. After 8 months or so, no issues with the cables. Ive ran then over with the vacuum a couple times and they’re holding up fine still 5/5
I bought this to connect a 3rd gen dot to my audio system. Visual quality is good and sound is excellent. Tip for anyone doing the same thing: be sure to turn the dot volume up all the way or your amplfier will have a hard time reaching an acceptable volume. I assumed the dot volume-out was at a fixed level—the volume -ut is tied to the settings on top of the dot unit. Good cable for a permanent installation.
I was completely blown away by the quality of this cable, i purchased an RCA brand cable from the local Walmart 2 months ago and it started clicking and popping any time you touched the cable and didn’t let it sit flat, eventually it stopped working completely. i was cautious because of the “AmazonBasics” but comparing it to the Monster cable brand i have for my TV its on par evenly, connectors are firm, the fittings are polished and high quality metal, cable is thick and seems very sturdy yet flexible. will definitely purchase again, hopefully in the far future!
I have an older Bose Wave, so it is not blue tooth compatible. I was able to use the connectors, and plug into my cell phone jack (I still have an iPhone 6 Plus). The speakers still sound great when playing my downloaded music. Not sure what I’ll do when I have to upgrade my phone, but for now I am very pleased with my purchase.
I bought this Amazon Basics cable to plug the headphone-out of a laptop computer into the auxiliary in of my vintage Pioneer receiver. I chose the 8-foot version to allow working on the computer while it is interfaced with the receiver. I chose the Amazon Basics brand based on good experience with several other of their RCA cables.
The quality of the insulation and the ends are very nice. There is a little strain relief behind the ends, which is an often-overlooked detail. I actually have two of these cables so I can just leave them connected to the two stereos in the house and just move the laptop when necessary. Having bought a lot of cables in my life for both home and professional use, I think the Amazon Basics are very nice cables at a very nice price. They are not high-end audiophile exotica in any way. They are just quality, consumer-grade cables that appear made to last.
Be Aware! The grips on the RCA ends are a little fat. If you have recessed RCA ports, such as in an old video camera or VCR front ports, or if you have vintage stereo gear with the back RCA ports spaced very close together, then these may not work for you.
Otherwise, it would be difficult to find a nicer cable at a similar price.
I am a serious fan of clean, powerful audio. As a result, I have tried countless products is countless combinations.
If you are looking for an excellent headphone to RCA cable at an extremely reasonable price, I strongly suggest this very cable. The shielding is far above what is to be expected.
I TRIED to introduce noise by placing and wrapping the cable around known sources of noise and distortion.
Not even my tesla coil nor cell phone was able to introduce noise into the audio while using this cable.
The connection points are SOLID and this is not an exaggeration.
I equate this cable to cables I used to buy which cost upwards of $25. WELL worth the purchase!
The Victrola turntable is so awesome for playing my classic vinyl Prince albums. The sound quality was not so good. This RCA adapter worked it’s magic and now i can blast my albums via stereo quality speakers. Just plugged it into my music port on my stereo and it worked. I got a Paisley Park party going on in my bedroom every night!
This appears to be a quality cable, however, I was trying to use it on a projector with a very snug perimeter around the stereo outputs.
These cables have a brass sleeve that extends out from the white and red audio plugs, probably to make a more secure connection, and the sleeve was just bulky enough to where it would not allow the cable to plug into the projector without extreme force.
If you look closely at the images provided in the listing you can see the sleeve, so it’s partly my fault, but I assumed it would fit. Amazon handled the issue quickly for me, as always.
I bought this specifically to use for my laptops and tablets to hook up to my Edifier non BT speakers. Which btw are awesome sounding. Helped by the quality of the Amazon Basics cables. Which are quite good. Good enough that I won’t even consider another brand. These are very well made. Good quality gold connectors, with very thick pliable rubber shielded cables. No noise whatsoever. Very pleased with this product. Definitely recommend to anyone searching for 3.5mm with 2 RCA connectors. You won’t be sorry. Also works great connecting you’re Flat Screen to your Surround System. A lot of uses for this cable.
Conclusion
In summary, AmazonBasics 3.5 mm to 2-Male RCA Adapter Audio Stereo Cable adds audio to any TV. The adapter’s gold plated connectors reduce signal loss, providing better audio quality. The 4-foot cable is extra long to make it easy for you to reach all areas of your home.
