Facts About Apple AirPods (3rd Generation) Wireless Earbuds with MagSafe Charging Case. Spatial Audio, Sweat and Water Resistant, Up to 30 Hours of Battery Life. Bluetooth Headphones for iPhone

what’s the difference between AirPods (3rd generation) and airpod pro

I don’t see one right answer yet. Pros have noise cancellation and rubber tips to seal your ear so noise cancellation works. Those are the two big differences. Some minor differences in function

Will these slip out of my ears easily when running? That is primarily what I want them for.

They fall out very easily because they are bulkier than the older ones. I have to really push them into the ear but within a few minutes they loosen up and drop at the smallest nod.

Son originales y vienen los 2?

Si son originales y son nuevos

Do any work with iPhone 7?

I’m using iPhone 8 Plus and it works perfectly well, so I suppose it will work with iPhone 7. You probably have to make sure your phone is running the latest iOS. My checks indicate that iPhone 7’s can receive iOS 15.

Will these AirPods have active noise canceling?

There is no active noise cancellation due to the lack of a seal in your ears. However, they do have very good audio quality. If you’re looking for the noise cancellation, I would go after the Airpod Pros.

Are these real airpods from Apple? Or are they fake?

They are real from Apple. You can see at the top that it says “Visit the Apple Store” on Amazon.

Slds.

I found that when i make a call note 10 with google voice have to toggle from ap3 to phone and back to ap3 in order for the party to hear me.

I think this is because it’s not an iPhone. AirPods are most compatible with other iPhone accessories etc. when I got my first pair of AirPods I had an android and using them wasn’t as easy. The uses are just limited because of your phone. I promise there isn’t anything wrong with them or your phone. 😁

These airpods are compatible with PC?

They’re compatible with Bluetooth.

Are there any more in stock trying to purchase them again I love them so much so I want to buy a pair for my husband

Yes

If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?

This are electronic devices, their is no expiration date

Why won’t they fit my ears? What can I do to get them to fit me?

Honestly I’m unsure. They fit just fine for me

Info About Apple AirPods (3rd Generation) Wireless Earbuds with MagSafe Charging Case. Spatial Audio, Sweat and Water Resistant, Up to 30 Hours of Battery Life. Bluetooth Headphones for iPhone (Reviews From Amazon)

Worth the money, but read carefully

Bought these to upgrade from the 2nd gen never got the pros because I personally don’t like in ear buds, but the sound quality is definitely better than the 2nd gen with much better bass and touch controls work way better then the tap function. Also to view your warranty go to your settings on your iphone then bluetooth then select info on your new air pods and scroll all the way to the bottom to see your warranty. In all this was a great purchase and definitely enjoying all the features on these

A solid upgrade over the AIrPods 2

I don’t understand why people feel the need to post their their non-verified purchase reviews(basically opinions) of new Apple products. But since I got mine today and all the reviews are from people who haven’t even seen, let alone used the new 3rd gen AirPods, I will give my initial impressions.

These are the successor to the standard, 2nd gen AirPods released in the spring of 2019. These keep the open design without eartips, but adopted the look and control system of the AirPods Pro. These also get wireless charging by default (like the AirPods Pro), as well as MagSafe charging (something that the AirPods Pro were updated with after these were announced). I am an Apple fan, for sure, and I own all versions of the AirPods that are currently sold as well as the Beats Studio Buds. Some people think that these aren’t worth $180 because the Pro model already exists and sells for $180-200 usually, even though the list price is $250.

These do not have the active noise cancellation feature that the AirPods Pro or Beats Studio Buds have, but I think people are forgetting that some people don’t like using earbuds with tips that go into your ear canal. That is one of the the things that made AirPods so popular in the first place, plus the fact that they are made by Apple. There aren’t a ton of options for premium, open true wireless earbuds with the universal fit that AirPods offer, they’re just not as common as the kind with silicon eartips. And there is no way to use the AirPods Pro without also using the eartip, they won’t stay in place like theses 3rd gen AirPods will.

The bud itself is larger on these compared to the previous model with the longer stems, so these feel a bit different when you put them in your ear. I got used to it pretty quickly and they are really comfortable, they stay in place really well for my ear shape. These have the force squeeze controls that the Pros have and it is so much better to use than the old tap controls. If you haven’t used this controls system before, you will most likely enjoy using it more because the bud doesn’t get pressed into your ear when you need to pause the music and you get more options for controlling playback.

The other big upgrade here is the sound quality along with Spatial Audio which works just as well as it does on the AirPods Pro. The sound quality now is pretty much on par with the AirPods Pro, some reviewers have even said it’s better. It includes the Adaptive EQ feature where the earbuds are constantly re-adjusting the sound to give you the best quality audio based on your surroundings. There is an internal microphone dedicated just to analyzing the audio to make sure it sounds as good as possible.

Spatial Audio is kind of hard to explain but I will try my best, instead of having a static left and right channel audio, the audio sounds like it’s all around you. For Video, it makes the sound seem like it’s coming from where the video is playing (your iPhone or iPad or Apple TV). Think about if you are listening to audio from a speaker that is in front of you, if you turn your head to the left, your right ear is going to be hearing more of the audio because your left ear is now facing away from the speaker. That is what spatial audio is like, using the new AirPods when you watch a video on your iPhone. The AirPods use the sensors(accelerometers and gyroscopes) in the earbuds as well as in your iPhone to calculate the position of your head in reference to the device playing the video. The end result is that the audio sounds like it is in front of you, coming from the device, even though it’s playing through the AirPods. It really is awesome and it’s one of my favorite features of these AirPods, the older 2nd generation did not include this feature but the Pro model does. While originally it only worked on iPhone/iPad, it now works on Mac and Apple TV as well.

The last thing to mention is these AirPods now have better sensors for detecting when they aren’t in your ear, even the Pro model doesn’t have the new skin detection sensors. This means that if you take out your earbuds and put them in your pocket or a dark place like a drawer, the AirPods will not be fooled and won’t accidentally un-pause your music until you put them back in your ear. The old model used optical sensors that were good, but not this good.

Pros+

Wireless Charging+MagSafe charging comes standard (before you had to pay extra)

Spatial Audio for watching videos and for supported songs through Apple Music

Open design that doesn’t require the use of eartips you have to put in your ear canal

Much improved sound quality over the previous generation (AirPods 2)

New force touch sensors like the AirPods Pro

Better in-ear detection thanks to skin detection sensors

Improved mic quality for voice calls, Apple is using a new codec for voice calls (AAC-ELD)

Longer Battery Life (6 hours) [compared to 5 hours on Airpods 2 and 4.5 hours on AIrPods Pro]

Better support from the Find My app, there is now a precision finding feature similar to AirTags and you can ring them while they are still in the case (only available on the new AirPods 3)

Apple’s H1 chip and the strength of the ecosystem (Hey Siri, your messages and notifications will be announced to you, auto switching between devices signed into your iCloud account, audio sharing, etc). To be clear, these are not new or exclusive to AirPods 3, but still add to the value proposition.

Cons-

No Active Noise Cancellation because of the open design

The AIrPods Pro can sometimes be had for roughly the same price

Universal shape might not fit everyone’s ears

Not as compelling for people with Android phones and Windows computers. Apple’s OS and software is what makes these so magical

Upgrade from Gen 2 NOT Pros

As another person said these are made for people who don’t like silicone eartips and enjoy the previous generations of airpods everything is good about them the only cons are
This is likely Not meant for people who have small ears, as i’ve read some pointing this issue so beware of that, they are bigger compared to previous gens.
No ANC ( Active Noise Cancellation )
Pros (imo)
Buttons that are easier to tap and play/pause audio that doesn’t cause you to move the airpods themselves.
Spatial Audio is the best feature to use, as it upgrades the quality of how much more audio you hear, as well as where you move your head from your phone or any compatible device audio is adjusted in each pod to follow your movement.
If you’re an Airpods Pro fan & love ANC but want spatial audio i’d say wait & save your money til the next release sometime in the future (You won’t be missing out for much longer). Otherwise i recommend getting Airpods Pro for just about $20 more, or Gen 2 if you don’t want ANC, have more average sized ears, and don’t need Spatial Audio. Hope this helps anybody! Nov. 4, 2021

Incredible Sound and Comfort

I don’t care what anyone on YouTube says, these Air Pods 3rd generation have audio and comfort levels that are vastly superior to the Air Pods Pro. I now have BOTH the Pro and the 3rd gen (and many, many others that were reviewed as the “best”) and will take the 3’s every time over all of them. I have heard all the glory about noise cancellation and frankly its a marketing ploy. These 3rd gen are the most comfortable ear buds I have ever worn. Between music and phone calls they are in my head 4 hours and more at a time. I even forget that they are there until Siri announces a call or text through them. The sound is also amazing with rich full bass that is balanced and enjoyable across many genres. If you just want a great comfortable sound and not worried about drowning out airplane noise or train clatter, then these are the one you want.

Great Quality and Great Fit

Wow! These are amazing. I used the 2nd gen airpods for quite a while, and then I switched to the pros. Biiiiggg mistake. They clogged my ears, the middle size silicone tips didn’t stay attached to the earphones themselves (coincidentally the perfect size for my ears!), and they played and paused spontaneously about every 3 seconds after a month of use, making them practically useless. Then i got these. Boy oh boy these are such an upgrade from both. The sound quality is good. It’s no 5000 dollar Bose setup, but it is very lovely and certainly adequate for the price tag and convenience they offer. The build quality seems to be on par with Apple’s consistently good standard (my crappy airpods pro were my first negative experience with apple’s quality in my entire time owning apple devices.) Now, let’s talk about shape. It’s incredible, 11/10. This shape is absolutley perfect for my ears! While my ears as a whole are quite physically small, my ear holes are a more medium size, so apple earbuds have always sat comfortably. The larger size makes for better sound isolation than the 2nd gen (no ANC, which isn’t a deal breaker since I’m not in situations where it’s needed very often). The shape also makes for a noticeably more secure fit than the 2nd gen, and the pros with the large silicone tips. The size paired with the shorter stems and better touch controls make for an all around lovely product. Spacial audio is also freakin insane, and it’s follows your head with no noticiable delay or affect on the audio. They also have a fair amount of bass, not quite as rich as the Pros or other products on the market but more than sufficient for the average consumer. All around, I’d highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an upgrade from the OG airpods, or any midrange headphones for that matter.

Great

Honest Review…
the good, the bad & the goofy.
I own and use the 2nd gen & now the 3rd gen.
The good …
The 3rd gen sound great and they are more (sound cancelation) than the 2nd gen.
I like that they are a little shorter, they don’t go flying as easily when you take off a shirt or wipe away some sweat.
The bad… but not that bad
The airpods are a little bigger, the 2nd gen fit great for me.
Extended use tend to hurt my ears a little. Thats just me.
I like that they are shorter… but it is not always easy to use the squeeze feature, 1,2,3 times. But it works well.
I likes the tap on the 2nd gen. Working with wet or dirty hands it just Seemed to work easier.
Now the goofy….
the 2nd gen were easy to get in and out of the case…. for some reason i struggle to get these in or out of the case.
Ya i might just be old. Im 50.
But i have both 2nd & 3rd gen.
The small struggle with the 3rd gen airpods is worth the the sound quality.
Overall ….. šŸ¤˜šŸ¼
I love them

Sound quality is really good.

The sound quality is what you would expect from Apple. Overall, I’m happy. They do sound better than the original AirPods.

Satisfied

The media could not be loaded.  i am happy to be upgrading. i did research and found this product better as I go to the gym. With the second generation they aren’t water resistant. Alhtough I have used them for year’s I have always put them in rice.

Back to the review I love the spatial audio and the way they fit my ears. At first, it’s weird since I’m used to my ancient airports, but nothing too bad. The only thing I do have to get used to is how you change the music on the AirPods. Two clicks to skip ahead and three to play the song back. If you’re Siri is on you can just talk to her instantly. Glad I upgraded and got coveragešŸ’•šŸ‘šŸ½

Love Mine!

These earbuds work really well. They’re comfortable in my ear even when laying on them. They stay put. One has fallen out two times total, and one of those times I knocked it out by accidentally hitting the stem while reaching up. The sound is really good. These come with the sound feature that makes the sound seem directional. In other words, for the first couple days, I kept pulling them out to make sure they were working because the sound from the earbuds seemed like it was coming from my phone. It makes the viewing experience seem more natural. These are not the noise cancelling kind. I can still hear what’s going on around me, which is how I want it. I can hear if someone needs to talk to me without anyone having to yell. I can hear my environment well enough to be safe, but not so it ruins my listening experience. The sound is crisp and clear. They’re rated to last 4 hours before needing to be recharged, but I’ve gone a little longer. They seem to peter out one at a time, so you can actually charge the dead one and continue using the other one and then switch when the second one goes. This has been helpful for marathon phone conversations. I don’t think this works for listening to content because pulling out one earbud causes the content to pause – another cool feature since you don’t have to find the pause button when you need to stop for a minute. It automatically stops for you and picks right back up when you put the earbud back in. Do you can accomplish the pause by pulling out just one bud. You can always squeeze the post to pause as well. They charge up quickly in the case. The case charges quickly as well (and lasts at least 30 hours between charges). I bought a silicone case for mine and they still charge easily on the charging mat. They can also charge using a regular lightning cord. I’ve done both with no problem. They do work with you Find My app, but I think it’s just the case that it finds. This is a problem if you’re bad about taking them out of your ears and just leaving them around the house. No handy ping for that. I’ve dropped mine a few times. They seem pretty sturdy – no cracks or other damage. I love that my jack is now free so I can charge and listen at the same time. I really like these.

Excellent

A very solid step up from the second generation which was very good itself. I think Apple made a good choice moving to the AirPods Pro type body design, though without the tips, for the Gen 3. But if you buy these and they just won’t fit right in your ear, send them back! They’ll probably fit for most but if you’re one that doesn’t get a good fit, it’ll likely never be right. Send them back! Go with AirPods Pro with tips.

Recommendation: If you don’t like tips and the tipless fits your ears, the AirPods 3 is the unequivocal best choice if you own an iPhone. The audio quality, sensor stem touch, quick switch between Apple devices, audio sharing, Siri, FindMy are solid value adds on top of the audio quality. MagSafe charging is a definite plus too. (Side note: I assume Gen 3 will also be good if you don’t have iPhone but you don’t get these added features without iPhone. I don’t know android phones so non Apple choices My have better features).

But if you prefer or need tips, I still give highest recommend to the AirPods Pro for overall performance and features(sound quality is close and Gen 3 beats on some songs). Features listed above plus Conversation boost and noise cancellation, I definitely give a high recommend to the Pro model (important note: Pro Gen 2 is supposedly coming in September 2022. If you can wait I’d target Pro Gen 2).
