I deal exclusively on the phone with my clients and I always had it on speaker. Some complained that they couldn’t hear me. It was impossible to hold the phone and work on the computer at the same time so I decided to give headphones a try. I am very very happy with the sound quality and no one complains anymore about not being able to hear me. They do tend to bother me after a couple of hours of wearing them but I won’t adjust them to not squeeze so much because I am afraid I will break them. So I take a break and then I put them back on and am ready to go again. Sound quality is better than I thought it would be. And by the way, no one bribed me to give them a 5 star rating which on Amazon you have to be careful of.

I have been working at call central for 5 years. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! It was reasonably priced but still delivered high-quality sound. This sounds really, really good. The microphone does a great job of isolating my voice from background noise.I was really surprised.
I find it very comfortable and have been on very long calls without feeling like my ear is being crushed against my skull.and good overall quality of the headset. It can be worn on either side of the head.
I cannot speak on its durability as I have had it less than a year but for people that are on calls a lot, this is the best I have tried for business calls

I have bought a lot of headphones for my husband, who relies on them to do his work each day. I usually purchase the ones with the leather covers that wear out pretty quickly, at least they do for him. I decided to try these this time, try something different. He loves them! He finds them so comfortable and there is a set of replacement foam covers. Wish I’d purchased these a long time ago

I visited Washington DC and stayed near the Capital. The hotel i stayed in, I noticed he was still putting the phone over his neck. I questioned why aren’t management giving you tool so you don’t discomfort on your neck and shoulders? i ordered it and he loved it. it was easy for him to operate and install don his won.

It’s an awesome headset! I am having to do telework d/t the COVID quarantine and I bought this to help me with that. This works great with my landline phone at work, It installed easily into my landline phone, and the sound quality has been adequate.
I glad I decided to treat myself with these. Not only can I hear the customer clearly and as crisp as ever. Completely muffles out all the background noise, to the point I can’t hear my coworkers around me! Very good quality and the price was amazing! There is a volume adjustment and mute switch button inline on the cord which helps for fine tuning the volume or mute mic. Highly recommend! I am beyond satisfied!

This headset does just fine, especially at the price point. Only downside is i’ve noticed on one of the phones, it just doesn’t work well. But on the majority of our phones, not an issue. Of course you have the disadvantage of being tied down to your desk (i.e. no bluetooth), but at this price point, the main thing you want is for your peeps to be able to talk hands-free so they can use their hands to type or write. And for that, this headset is absolutely perfect.

Bought these to work at home and make taking calls easier. I could be on a single call that lasts all day so wanted something comfortable and durable. So far so good. Only recently purchased but, the calls I have been on have been fantastic! The sound quality is outstanding. The headset and earpieces have been comfortable (and I have a bigger head). As for now, I would highly recommend this cell phone headset for an iPhone. No complaints at all!

It works fine. I do not like that it is wired but in a pinch it functions well. I ise it in a busy office. It is a pain to have to take off when there is a need to get up or I forget almost pull the phone off the desk 😣.

Thus far, I have been using it for a week, I am still higly satisfied over its sound quality and overall performance. It is easy to set and the microphone pickup was nice and clear. It blocks out a lot of noise from background, and breathing. So when we are talking to each other is more clearly.

I felt the headset is quite soft and comfortable to wear too…It stays in place but not squeeze too hard to make extended wear unpleasant.

Its all worth the money and seems to be a very good and useful partner at work. Will highly recommend for office work.

I went from a wireless to this wired head set, I like this one much better as far as quality of hearing in coming calls and callers hearing me. the wireless part was convenient not to be tied close to the desk, but I can live with it, i’d rather have good quality.
