Don’t know anything about airpod max. I use it in the AUX plug in a older model stereo that does not use or have Bluetooth. Works great

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this bc of the reviews and the price. The cord is the perfect length to where you can hold your phone on your console or lap without having extra cord flopping everywhere. The sound quality was also really good. (My stereo screen just likes to play peek-a-boo so there was nothing wrong with the aux cord)

When you get yourself in black 2011 Hyundai Elentra with leather seats (with seat warmers *brushes dirt off shoulders*), you expect the best. A premium motor vehicle experience from the finest engineers on the planet. And with this luxury vehicle, I wanted a luxury audio experience. And I got one. This cord is like the Hyundai Elantra of AUX to lightning cables.

At first my review was 1 star. The cord just did not work for me. I did not reach out to the company as it was a low cost item, I only left a 1 star review. The company did make this right, solely based on the 1 star review I provided. They promptly shipped me another cord with a letter stating that they were sorry to hear I was displeased with my first product. The new cord is functioning as expected in my car. I am so pleased with their customer service to reach out based on a bad review. Thank you!

Worked as expected. My car didn’t come with Bluetooth so bought this and now I can use my phone to make calls or listen to my favorite podcasts or YouTube music/videos.
Definitely worth it.

I am amending my original review of this purchase because the company went above and beyond the call of any reasonable expectation to track me down after my initial review and replaced the cord I had originally purchased with one that does work. I will leave my original review at the end of this revised review, but I can stress that you can buy from this company with confidence because they will go the extra mile (and then some) to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. They did not need to go to the lengths they went to in order to satisfy my initial purchase, but I am impressed with the extent to which they went in order to make sure I understood they were going to stand behind their product and make it right. I would not hesitate to buy an iSkey product again in the future because I know I will be taken care of.

(I wish I had read the reviews on this item before purchasing it. The sound was unbalanced when plugging this into a Bose speaker and I ended up just throwing the cord away. I bought the actual Apple cord for my iPhone and it worked just fine.)

Wow! This aux cord works great! Just got a “new to us” car that doesn’t have Bluetooth like our other car. Since the majority of music listening is streaming we needed an aux cord. Just got a new iPhone 8 for my daughter (who is generally the DJ even when she’s not driving). As many may know the iPhone 8 no longer has a headphone slot. Instead you need to use a lightning cable end or use an adapter. I opted for the lightning cable end to the aux cord since the reviews were so great. Plugged it in and was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and volume (when the car stereo was only at “3”…other car usually runs at 20 for good volume). This cord is fantastic at a great price. But it, you will be pleased.

I have a 2008 Chrysler that does not have bluetooth and I enjoy listening to music. So I purchased this because of the good reviews and it works great. It’s a good length, it connects super easily to my XR, and doesn’t sound staticy/muffled. I’m not positive if it’s my car or the cord that it doesn’t connect to the right side stereo in the beginning but it seems to work perfectly now! I use to with a phone holder I also purchased and fits perfectly in the space left for an charger/aux.
Only downside is it does not stay connected if you get a call or anything. It will go through normal phone speaker/audio! But I don’t use that feature much anyways.

Works fine for my Iphone 7. Plays podcasts and music through the car speakers. The only down fall is that is will not play phone calls through the speakers. That is a little disappointing.

The first time I reviewed this product I gave it two stars. I had connectivity issues. I never reached out to the company since the product wasn’t expensive and it worked from time to time.

I received a package in the mail a week ago and was shocked! The company sent me two new aux cords and sent a two page hand written letter apologizing, and letting me know that it was a fluke bad aux. I was so moved by the gesture and cannot believe someone took their time and own regard to not only send me a replacement, but sit down and write and two page letter. I will be buying products from them again! Also, the new one is better than the one I paid for and has worked perfectly!

Great aux cord with an amazing sound for my iPhone. Definitely will be buying more in the future the quality is very thick, the sound is very great as if I have Bluetooth thank you very much I will be enjoying my product every day now.
