I’d try contacting the company direct & ask for a replacement. Vanmass is another company that makes these car phone holders & they’ll do just about anything to satisfy their customers.

I just returned this product since it really didn’t work with an Iphone 13 as advertised. As a result, I cannot tell you where it was made.

I believe you would need to address BesTrix – the company who sells the item for a return/exchange of the product or to simply send you the dashboard pad that is missing. All parts were included with our order

Be honest with you I just buy one my self so I look in reviews since like it will not stick or mark anything by think about it the sun is pretty hot so I don’t they one that doesn’t mark or stick that just my opinion so far it very work for me

I have been through quite a few phone holder devices for my car and I must say this is the cheapest and good the most value and quality for what you pay. It’s super easy to assemble took me about 2 minutes and it comes with very clear instructions. The material is very good, the adjustments on it are very easy and mobile, there is a button on the top to release then lock your phone in and a gap at the bottom to allow you to charge your phone. Overall very satisfied with the product and is highly recommend!

Super impressed. Very versatile. Love the slow retraction when pushing the release button in the back. I’m able to leave on my pop socket on my phone when using the holder! I love that!!!!

I’ve been using a Bestrix magnetic phone mount for a few years, works great!
I’ve been looking for a mount that can actually “hold” my phone, I have a Galaxy note 9 with a large waterproof case on it, nothing would hold it.
I bought this Bestrix model with the hopes it would be able to accommodate my phone and my wife’s much smaller I phone 13.
Well I’m happy to say it holds them both very tightly.
I just purchased a second mount for our other vehicle.
A great feature is this can be mounted with a suction cup or in an air vent. (I prefer the air vent set up).
I highly recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed!!

I was looking for a compact cell phone holder for my car or rental cars. I prefer cell phone holders that adhere to the dash or windshield. This cell holder does both and also has a clip to attach to vents. While attaching a cell phone to a vent is attractive to many, it was not my top priority. However, this cell phone holder attaches to three surfaces to fit the needs of all cell phone users. It is compact, easy to set up and a reasonable price. I highly recommend this car cell phone holder.

I used this not for its intended purpose of being a phone holder for maps, but as a phone holder to take videos while driving at the track. It stays in place very well, and is sturdy. The only downside is that it’s not quite long enough to hang lower than the rear view mirror, when mounted to a sunroof. The solution to that issue was to mount to my rear windshield and aim it between my seats. Tried in a couple coupes, sedans, and suvs, it’s not long enough to be lower than the mirror in all of them. Still a great product, despite not being perfect for my application

I have an iPhone 13 pro max and I have tried several phone mounts that all would just snap off or bend. This mount does NOT move. In fact, I placed it and wanted to move it the first time and could not get it off because of the suction power. However, when I went to stick it back onto another place of my dashboard, it would not stick again. Luckily, I decided to try the suction cup on the windshield and it stuck perfectly and has not moved since. Highly recommend plus has a simple release button on the back to take your phone from the snug holder.

I am very impressed with the quality. It holds my iphone 13 pro perfectly even with the case and ring on the back.

I have this stuck onto the dash of my 2002 F 250 Diesel and it has been holding my Samsung G 21 without fail for the past 3 weeks on well paved highway, bumpy paved rural roads and all weather gravel roads ranging from good to slow down to 5mph. I’m impressed and I’d purchase it again.

Great windshield phone holder for the Z. I have a 12 plus with a thin leather case. It has no difficulty holding the phone or when removing it from the cradle. The only thing I don’t like is that the phone shakes, when driving on bumpy roads. But I guess that would be expected, since the phone holder only tucks in the bottom and both side of the phone. I’d recommend though.

Using it in 2 different cars, vent mount in one, windshield mount in the other. Was worried a little at first because I have a large phone. Holds the phone well and vent holder and suction cup works well so far. The phone mount itself is pretty nice the way it works. Going to order another one.
