This recall involves Oball Rattles in pink, blue, green and orange with model number 81031 printed on the inner surface of one of the plastic discs and on the packaging. Embedded in the rattles are a clear plastic disc with all orange beads and two clear plastic discs with beads of varying colors on the perimeter. Only rattles with date codes T0486, T1456, T2316, T2856 and T3065 located on a small triangle on the inner surface of the rattle are included in the recall. The first three numbers represent the day of the year and the last digit represents the year of production.

This type of toy is wonderful for small babies who are learning to grab things , it’s easy for them to grasp and hold onto . I used it to help my baby learn to reach and grab and it’s still one of her favorite toys, now she loves to push it around and try to chew on it although it doesn’t really fit into the mouth so I wouldn’t get it for teething . But she’s starting to try to crawl now and she pushes this ball and tries to go after it. I’m sure she will be changing it around very soon. It’s make well and will last through stages of development.

We love this toy. Easy to grab, nice rattle sound, and the little rattles are put at an unbalanced interval so it moves oddly as it slows down (more interesting to watch). My baby has loved toys like this since 4 months old, though we only just bought our own. At 11 months, he loves to walk (with my help) and kick it around. I would name this as one of a few toys that parents should consider for their 0-1 year old (and probably beyond – haven’t gotten there yet personally).

It was first introduced when we were trying to get her to back to belly then belly to back. I still use this toy to entice her to start crawling. She loves this toy! It rattles, it’s easy to grab, and super easy to clean. It’s also very durable! My 3 year old has thrown it clear across our apartment several times and it has survived everything he has put it through! I wish I had one for him when he was an infant!

I love it bought it for my son he’s still not here yet so idk if works for teething I just wanted him to have a light weight toy small enough to fit in his baby bag to keep him entertained when I have him and were stuck at the drs office I’m sure the sound of the little balls rattling around will catch his attention maybe I’ll get him the red one as well if this works out for him.

This is great for baby learning to grab. She doesn’t drop it as much which was frustrating for her with other toys. She doesn’t really appreciate that it doesn’t fit in her mouth! The only downside to this toy. She has others for chewing though.

I buy a lot of toys for my baby (more than I probably should!). She has this ball and another one without the rattle in it. She loves these. She loves to grip them and as she has gotten older to play what I call “mommy fetch” and throw them across the room for me to get. I also like that they are durable and not too heavy (many baby toys like this I get are too heavy and she whaps herself in the head with them and that’s no fun). This one isn’t super hard so if she hits herself in the face it doesn’t seem to phase her.

My baby LOVES this ball and so do I. She was born 6 weeks early, and is about to be 4 months and wasn’t really grasping anything. After a few days of “working” (playing) with this ball she just started grabbing it by herself and is now moving her arms more and trying to grab other things as well. She hadn’t shown interest in anything else before this. I’m so happy!

Got this for my baby when she was 3 months old and she loves it because she can grab it so easily. She does get pretty frustrated that she can’t stick it in her mouth to chew on but I never expected her to be able to teeth on it.

Bought this for a friend’s new born. I bought this same one when I had my son. It was easy for him to grab onto, its durable and he liked to shake it. As my son got older we were able to roll it back and forth to each other and he was able to grab it while it was still in motion. My friend and his new born love it.

Best toy I’ve found so far for 2 now 3 month old as far as giving the ability for baby to grasp hold and pick up. It’s very thin and lightweight making it easy for baby to grip and pick up.
