I think this might be a feature of the software you are using. I have used it with MS Teams It does not cut of the previous call automatically, Teams will prompt me that another call is coming but it is up to me to decide what action I would want to take.

Why do you want to buy protection for a $30 headset?

Video conference calls are my main use for it! And after several hours of it, you will appreciate the comfort even more! Of course, you need Bluetooth on your computer for wireless use, but it comes with a cable with USB-C on one end and a headphone plug on the other that can be plugged into your computer.

You can answer with the multifunction button. I found it a little frustrating at first because I’m used to a blue parrot, so I kept hitting the wrong button and then on my phone if I answered on the phone instead of on the headset, it would switch the audio away from the headset. Took me about two weeks to adjust

My husband is a truck driver and we purchased this headset because his previous headset broke. We saw the reviews and the price (he previously paid 2x this price) and decided to give it a try. As soon as it arrived he put it to charge and after about 20 mins it was ready to go. Setup was quick and connecting to his iPhone was easy. The next day while he was on the job driving two of his buddies called him and they asked if he had the day off from work. When he told them he was en route to to make his delivery they were surprised because they weren’t hearing the usual background noises they were used to hearing when they called him. He told them he had purchased a new headset and they were impressed by the quality of the sound. One of them is also a truck driver and asked for the headset info so he could order them as well.. My husband is very happy with this headset and loves how clear the calls sound and how this headset cancels out any outside noise. I also love that I don’t have to pull my cell phone away from my ear at times when he calls me because those 18 wheelers can be pretty loud, lol! I read so many reviews before I made my final decision and I am very much satisfied with the Comexion.
It was a toss between a blueparrott (around $150.) and comexion (less than $40). Blueparrott has made a name for itself in the trucker world but Comexion will eventually become the new go to in headsets.
1) it’s exactly what is described in pictures and in words.
2) very clear in hearing and talking ( no road noises at all)
3) crazy distance
I left the truck went deep inside the building and even to the restroom talking to my friend and realized my phone was still in the truck. He never new I left the truck.

My husband and I both have this headset. He is a truck driver and uses his when he’s on the road. He has tried 2 other headsets and this was the only one he liked. I use mine for working at home. The headset connects to my work laptop at the push of a button. I like the earpiece better than my old headset. It is bigger and sets on my ear better with my piercings. The sound quality is great and I have no issues at all. I love the chargeable part of this headset. I love that it is wireless so I can walk across my office without being tied to my laptop and my cats no longer have a cord to go after! Customer service has been excellent and friendly as well.

I received my Comexion M100 a few days ago. I noted the easy way to peering this unit using the Bluetooth from my notebooks. When I tried the first time, I discovered the lightweight and how comfortable it feels wearing the headset. I love the microphone because it swivels, meaning the earpiece can be used on your left or right side, depending on which side is more comfortable for you, at that moment, if you are driving or at home. I am delighted with the headset’s shipping and packaging: excellent, a very steady box. The sound is perfect; I heard clear that important qualities for a teacher giving several online classes online via Zoom with no interferences. A long-lasting battery is a plus; I am pleased because this headset recharges fast during my lunchtime and be ready for another 5 to 6 more hours Comexion M100 was well manufactured. Price is very affordable, and good quality is a perfect combination for me.

This headset is comfortable for all day use and has great noise cancellation reported by receivers of calls. The sound quality for the user is great as well, but the volume could be a tad louder (may just be my phone or my sound level preference). The noise cancellation on this headset it great; people I talk to everyday commented on the sound quality difference from my previous headset and the fact that they could not hear my truck running in the background. Stepping into heavy wind, this headset will still have wind noise, that is inevitable, but background noises are limited very well. The ear pad is comfortable and the headset does not pinch on your head hard, but it stays in place. The boom mic is easily adjustable and holds its form well. I am overall impressed with this and will be ordering more to leave in the trucks for our drivers. Very happy with the headset, hard to beat for the cost, the battery life, and the crazy standby time it has!

This headset is really comfortable and the sound is great. I work from home and there is a lot of noise in the house at times, but the noise cancelation is totally effective and the volume is flexible enough I can hear over the chaos outside my door. It is therefore really effective for sensitive conversations as well It is bigger than I would normally wear, but the comfort makes up for the gamer look that is not really what I am going for. Picture is me on a zoom meeting, so it translates fine on camera. Overall, I feel like there is a lot of value for the price. I also appreciate that it leave one ear free to monitor the rest of the world, which is important in some situations.

I bought this model because I wear hearing aids – and I’m glad I did. This is a good quality product – well made, and lightweight. Noise cancelation is good, and the sound quality is surprisingly crystal clear. The battery life seems to be good – I haven’t reached the limit after 2 days of continual use. I would recommend this product to anyone. UPDATE – Do not believe the “Won 1st Prize” card included in this headset. The company failed to provide the second headset. DO NOT BELIEVE the company will reward you for a good review. The company failed to send the reward headset. Very poor customer service. 2ND UPDATE – After several emails, the company did finally come through and delivered on its promises. All items arrived, and worked as advertised. Easy to set up, and comfortable to use.

The COMEXION M100 has a simple and comfortable design. The headband is padded which feels nice when you are wearing it. The earpiece is also nicely padded which also provides plenty of comfort for prolonged use. The sound quality is excellent. It can be used via blue tooth or wire. The speaker as well as the microphone both provide clear sound and the mic does very well at cancelling noise from the outside world. I would say this headset is perfect for a business setting where there is lots of chatter or used in vehicles where the engines and roads are a bit loud. Also, if your looking for a hands free calling solution, this headset would be perfect for that need. The button functions are easy to learn as there aren’t many and the instructions are easy to follow. The only minor issue I have is with the provided C usb charging cable being a bit too short. The charging cable is only about 1ft long which causes a little limitation when it comes to charging but it can always be swapped for another longer cable if you have one. Battery life seems good for a light user like me as I can get days of use with a full charge. All in all I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a comfortable and high quality headset.

I like the “on-ear” design of this headset. Having only one earpiece enables me to have a teams meeting and leaves my other ear free to take a phone call at the same time. That comes in very handy.
I had a little trouble getting my mic to work, but it was a setting in the app I was using (ringcentral). The mic was still set to my gaming headset (which was hot, heavy, and impractical for wearing 8 hours a day)
This headset is a breath of fresh air!
The only issues I still have is that the top of my head gets sore, but that isn’t unique to this headset, it happens no matter what I use.
The audio is very clear and doesn’t have the issue of not being able to hear other when you are talking. RC does that when on my phone, but not through this headset.
I haven’t noticed any sound cancelation. It seems like a silly concept with only one earpiece.
The battery hasn’t died yet, I put it on to charge overnight once I am off of work. It is used pretty heavily.
I would absolutely buy again.
