Facts About Diapers Size 1, 294 Count – Luvs Pro Level Leak Protection Hypoallergenic Disposable Baby Diapers for Sensitive Skin (Packaging May Vary)
Babies wearing size 4 diapers are between the weight of 22 to 37 lbs.
8-14 lbs.
Depends on their weight. The size is based on weight not age
These are scented. Not a strong smell in my opinion. Smells pleasant… similar to Pampers scented wipes.
Would depend on how much the baby pees in it. They have a color changing line on them to let the parents know that it has or has not been used in.
Depends how often your baby wets and poop. I used each size a month til my son hit size 3 he had that for a while then size 4 a while.
I’m no expert but in my opinion, it would depends on how long after I would say. If its a few years after then maybe the padding wouldn’t be that effective.
These are for babies, not adults. Think 13-15 pounds!
Info About Diapers Size 1, 294 Count – Luvs Pro Level Leak Protection Hypoallergenic Disposable Baby Diapers for Sensitive Skin (Packaging May Vary) (Reviews From Amazon)
We just switched over to Luvs after using Pampers for the first 2 months. We’ve had several blowouts with pampers throughout the two months of use. So far, we’ve been using Luvs for 3 days…with no problems or leaks. Pleasantly surprised. We got size two for our 10wk old. She’s 12.3 lbs. We change her every 2-3hrs during the day and every 5-6 hrs at night. I will say the absorption padding inside the diaper is shorter than the Pampers diapers (it doesn’t go to the brim like Pampers), however we haven’t had a problem with them. I will also add, our little one does have large stool and urine from time to time, so these diapers have been tested well in my opinion.
Update: it’s been over a month and still no leaks!!
Update: it’s been 4 months now. We had a few leaks with the size two diapers but mainly because she got too big for them real quick. She was still within the weight range for size two but she was towards the higher weight end so when we switched to size 3 there were no more leaks. I suggest going up to the next size when you notice leaks happening l. This usually means your baby is outgrowing it (whether it be weight wise or heavier bladder).
Their slogan is true. I used to be a pampers only Mom. When I had my daughter 9 years ago, I only tried pampers and Huggies. Huggies leaked, so Pampers was the winner in my mind.
This time around, I tried several more brands. All the major ones and several smaller ones. Some leaked, a few caused constant rashes, and two worked well. Pampers and Luvs. Obviously we went with the cheaper option. I’m just mad I didn’t give them a try our first time around the baby block.
These are sort of thin and flexible and very easy to put on and take off.
They move well with the kid and do the job just as good as any other brand.
After a few kids I’ve slowly gravitated from expensive diapers down to this brand, as at the end of the day they just go on them and then you toss them. The money saving seems worth it as you would rather more diapers for your dollar to change them frequently.
The sides stick really well at the tabs and I rarely have leaks in these.
Overall I’d recommend them.
You can tell that these are not as high quality as the high end of the pamper and Huggies lines, but they are almost equally as effective and our kids don’t seem to notice the difference. Since this is something the kids poop and pee in and then get trashed, I think the savings are well worth any quality loss from more expensive competition.
Less money for better diapers. That’s honestly how I feel about Luvs. I feel like the Luvs does a better job of keeping their skin dry and less likely to have a leak. I’ve been buying diapers for 13 years, sometimes for 2 kids at a time and I honestly only ever get a different brand if the Luvs are sold out. (Full disclosure, none of my kids have had super sensitive skin, just regular baby skin that gets irritated from time to time, so I can’t speak to how well these work for those sweet sensitive tushies)
The flu rocked our household last week and these held up great for my toddlers diarrhea blowouts. As it was mostly liquid I was impressed with how much they held in. These are the only diapers that don’t cause a horrific rash for my son as well. We’ve been using Luvs since he was a few weeks old and are stocking up to use them for baby number 2.
I like this diaper for my little one. She had a diaper rash due to a reaction to another diaper. These diaper helped with that. Her skin was able to heal. I like that luvs finally added a leak indicator. It holds overnight. No leaks. They seem lightweight and breathable. They just aren’t a soft diaper. They are a little rough. Very happy toddler.
Regardless of these bad reviews say, these diapers work. I have twin girls and have tried everything to stop the leaks at night. Both my girls are stomach sleepers and every other diaper they use leaks like crazy and the front of their onesies are soaked in pee.
These actually work and for the price you can’t beat it. I promise you they work. Don’t let anyone tell you they don’t. Won’t buy anything else. I’ve tried pampers, huggies you name it. The price is unbeatable for the amount and the protection is real.
Highly recommend.
My mom used Luvs for my little sister 23 years ago and now they’re the only diapers I use for my kids. They smell like baby powder and are super absorbent. I’ve never experienced a leak🙌🏾
We are using that since yesterday, we already used it about 10-15 times, were a little skeptical in the beginning, and kept Pampers as the backup. But it worked really well and we did not have to use backup diapers.
Conclusion
In conclusion, My baby has a sensitive skin and I used these Luvs diapers and my baby stayed dry, it smell like aloe and nothing to worry about. My baby slept well and Luvs diapers are worth the money spent. Luvs diapers have a quality product and high quality.
