Your going to need concrete anchors, and concrete drill bits to properly mount to a brick wall. Stay in the center of the bricks when drilling to avoid cracking.

If it’s 13"+/- out from the wall, it can move roughly 13" to the right, and 13" to the right, for about 26" total L-R range. That distance is reduced as the extension is either increased (to 22" from the wall), or reduced toward it. I hope this answers your question.
The product info states it will support 125lbs without accessories. Should be no problem supporting your 100lbs TV.
Hi Vickrum,
This should work just fine with your LG. There are sometimes issues with the OLED models and will require an adapter. If that is the case, just give us a call at 855-428-2490 and we’ll get that sent out to you ASAP.

Find your studs. You must center the bolts in the studs. I used 3/16 bit and that left plenty for the screw to bite into.

I would not use this for an RV. It’s not lockable
Yes! This is a full motion mount that provides up to 60 degrees of swivel on either side so you can lay in bed and watch away without any hassle.

I mounted mine on 16" studs, but I’m fairly certain the that instructions (and even the online description) says that it will mount on 24" studs as well.

I don’t wanna be *that guy* that breaks the five-star review streak that this great product has thus far, but I do want to offer a word of warning: if you have an expensive and ultra-thin 65″ OLED from a company with a G and an L in the name, be super-uber-certain that the tilt adjustment thingie on this mount (pictured) is VERY well torqued. If it’s not, the TV could drop down full-tilt while you’re enjoying a bowl of ice cream on the couch, thereby cracking the screen and resulting in a $3k paperweight (after just one week of ownership, I might add).
Unfortunately, nobody will replace our brand new TV because we didn’t lie and tell them it was cracked when we received itβa “suggestion” from an employee at the store where we purchased the TV before he sent us up to the customer service counter. What an expensive mistake/lesson this has all been. And one that divorces are made of (OK, not really but it wasn’t pretty around our house for several hours after “the incident”). Frick!
We are keeping the mount because it’s very solid (unlike the TV), not to mention it’s screwed into some farmhouseyish shiplap that would be expensive to replace.
Just know that the tilt adjuster and the hex key leveling screws on this mount need to be tight as all get out or it could break your stuff. Sigh.
This is a well made product that functions perfectly — nothing like being able to get behind the tv to manage all these hdmi and other cables and wires. One thought on installation — what I forgot to consider was that when the tv folds back against the wall it moves to the left — so when you are placing the bracket its not about centering the bracket but taking into account the retracted position… ALSO, there is no way one person can even attach the bracket to the wall alone — it is very well made –> i.e. heavy — have someone help you and its a snap to get the bracket to the wall the to attach the tv.
I totally recommend this product
Absolutely LOVE this mount. Great quality and it was easy to install. The company rocks and even makes the instructions enjoyable to read. The mount is very easy to adjust and swivel. Holds my 75 inch Sony with ease, even fully extended.
JUST GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE THIS!
Seriously. Don’t second guess it.
We purchased this to hold up a 75 inch Sony Bravia..we are very satisfied with our purchase.
**PROS**
Instructions FUN TO READ, EASY to understand
Parts packaged and labeled in a very organized way
Great quality, feels extremely well made
Television able to move all over and tilt
**CONS**
Heavy wall mount, need help to mount it (seriously though..that’s not that bad)
The movement for the tv is a little hard, but for the amount of movement for a 75in tv, EXTREMELY impressed
It’s odd to be super excited about a wall mount, but my boyfriend and I were so impressed we wanted to leave an excellent review for this product. I promise you won’t be disappointed buying this. We got it for the humor in the product description and reviews we saw, and are very thankful we went through with this mount.
UPDATE:
Are you still thinking about buying this? Just buy it….3 Years later and we have had 0 problems. Movement has eased up immensely and we are able to glide our TV around with ease!
Heavy and very well made. It is holding my Samsung UN82MU8000 82" Smart LED 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR. Pulls out, swivels and tilts with ease, tilt will need to be loosened and tightened when preformed. Rock solid product that deserves 5 stars.
I searched for a TV mount that would hold our 75″ Samsung TV. I found the Echogear product after looking at a all kinds of others online. I read several positive reviews and some negative reviews (about 200 to 1 positive). Echogear was fairly priced. I installed the Echogear full motion articulating wall mount about 4 days ago. So far, outstanding. My TV is 87 lbs. The extension and rotation have been great. It goes back to the starting position thoroughly. After the tilt was set for where we wanted it, I tightened the allen screw on one side and used the turn knob to tighten the other side. It does not slip, it has stayed perfectly in place. When the TV is extended out, the rotation left and right moves flawlessly. I read a review that stated the TV mount would twist out of square when extended out. A suggestion that might make a difference. You can extend the TV out, get behind the TV and loosen the screws on the 2 lower lock brackets and slide the TV over slightly to shift the weight. It may be out balance and sliding it left or right could maybe make a difference. Mine is perfectly square when pushed back into the wall. BTW, I would make it a point to push it back into the wall when done because that is where it would be at its strongest point. It retracts fully. It also has 2 allen screws on the back that can be loosened slightly then, after leveling the TV, tightened. Just do the allen screw on the left side first and level it. I have already re-leveled it once and it is perfectly square. I read a review that stated the hardware was inferior, but I have not experienced that yet. Another area of concern I read about were the 2×4’s not lining up for the mount. I had that situation. I read a few ways around it, but I found the best option was to install a 3/4″ piece of plywood. (1″ plywood might be even better) I cut the piece to 14″ h x 44″ w. Basically a couple inches past the end of each 2×4. The bracket height was about 10″ so I cut that to 14″ height. I had 3 2×4’s to secure the plywood to. I used 6 3″ lag bolts (pre drill the holes) to secure it to the studs. Then, I was able to use the template and follow the instructions. I used 12, 1.5″ lag bolts.(again, pre drilling makes it easier) 3 on each corner. Just to make sure. Over kill? maybe…So far so good. Although wall anchors were mentioned by some, I would not feel comfortable with all the stress on the back of the drywall since you will be extending and rotating the TV. I am trying to upload photos but this site is only allowing a few and not all the ones I wanted to show. Sorry… If I can help with more pics for someone or to pass on more info, let me know. Quick side note, although the sound seems ok on the TV right now, with a “full motion” TV wall mount, buying a sound bar and attaching it to the bottom of the TV will aim the sound in the direction you are rotating and watching the TV (that was told to me buy a Best Buy guy that really helped me). I haven’t bought a soundbar yet, but I probably will. I am only writing this review because I received so much great information, positive and negative, from the reviews and I wanted to possibly help someone else. Hope I succeeded.
First off. The writers for the instructions had a good sense of humor. So thanks for that!
On to the review! It really requires 2 people. This mount is pretty heavy, so getting the lag bolts in while holding it up is pretty much impossible on your own. But the template made it easy to locate the holes to line up with the studs. The range of motion is…decent… but thats not really a concern for me. Its mounted how and where I want it to be (and face). If you’re looking for a mount that will let you move the TV around so you can see it throughout your house (e.g when your in the kitchen doing dishes) you might want to keep looking.
The ONLY reason this is getting four(and a half if I could) instead of five stars: The peice pictured(Its the part that is supposed to lock the tilt) stripped its threads the MOMENT I tried to tighten it. But, having a thread gauge I found that it is a metric 6×1. A trip to Home Depot and 90 cents later it works like a charm. I would like to add I didn’t reach out to their customer support but I’m sure they would have sent a replacement. But I’m just impatient.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
A few tips if you buy this:
Go buy an 18mm M6x1 bolt.
Get an extra set of hands
Set aside about an hour
Mount your TV lower on the hanger brackets than you think (so the tilt mechanism is working against less weight): and thus, mount the wall mount a little higher(if you’re super picky and need your TV EXACTLY in spot XXX)
This is a sturdy and well designed wall mount. I thought I wanted a mount that gets the TV as close to the wall as possible for a "clean" look, but after having to take down the TV a few times to get to the back, I decided that I can spare a couple of inches of clearance for the ability to access the back of my TV any time I want!
This was just about the only mount that I could find that would accommodate a 22" width (I know, an odd size, but it is what it is). The whole product; packaging, instructions, the mount itself, all SCREAM quality. Everything seems so well engineered and functional that I have no doubt this mount would hold my 60+ lb TV up for a 100 years (like I’ll have a TV that long! ha!)
The articulating motion is really smooth for how much weight it’s supporting. Again, really solid engineering.
I do think this product is a bit expensive, but it’s been a great experience thus far.
AND THE INSTRUCTIONS HAD ME BELLY LAUGHING! It’s a really nice touch to read some humor in an otherwise mundane product. Kudos!
ECHOGEAR: The gauntlet has been thrown! The only recommendation I would have to the manufacturer is to incorporate some sort of cable management aside from the included velcro ties. The problem with using those is that the cables get trapped by the articulating arms when the mount is fully collapsed. It’s nothing that I anticipate will damage the cables, but if the articulating arm were hollow where I could run the HDMI and/or power cables through it, that would make this product just about perfect. From what I can tell, it’s hollow (hint hint)…
Seriously, though, you make a good product and I’ll be purchasing the size down of this mount for my standard 16" stud applications.
A little overkill for what I needed, but good future proofing.
The instructions were very straight forward and easy to understand. I almost felt like it wasn’t the first time I was hanging a large TV. The only difficult thing about hanging this mount was trying to bolt the mount to the wall while holding it against the wall due to the height that I was hanging it. The instructions say to use two people to hang the TV to the mount, but they should probably mention getting help with that part as well, but this is pretty obvious. The bolts were great, and it was quite nice to be able to use a socket set to bolt it on rather than a hex head like some others offer. My floating entertainment center that I mounted below the TV had these and half of them stripped out.
All in all I am happy with the fact that I went with this larger model than going with the smaller and more reviewed model. I will certainly consider buying another one when I hang my other TV if it will support it.
The only additions that we made to the delivered product were star washers…several needed to hold tilt and level. With those added, my 83 pound tv is rock solid in the mount!
As to the mounting process itself, I encountered a local problem with my particular wall. My studs were on 16″ spacing–well enough. However, the wall center was 1″ from a stud!! That meant that this mount’s 24″ spacing (nor the other mount made by them for a 24″ spacing stud pattern) would do. The tv was entirely too heavy to mount on a single stud, so I had to fabricate a 2X4 ‘bridge’ for the mount to be attached to. It was cut at 34″ on 2 boards fastened to the wall with 3 lag bolts in 3 studs on each of the boards, using the template for spacing. Don’t forget to countersink the bolt heads on the center lag bolt to avoid mounting problems. I also used a fender washer on the outer 2 bolts to give even more stability to the 2X4’s.
It is rock solid, and solved a problem that was perplexing at first!
