We highly recommend to contact a professional licensed contractor for his/her assistance/recommendation in building/reinforcing a sturdy secure wall. Unfortunately there are three types/versions of metal studs which are solid pure steel beams, aluminum studs, and sheet metal which all require and use different type of hardware based on spacing/distance (gap) of the supported wall/hollow wall which is most likely a hollow wall which is not safe. We do not recommend metal studs due to over boring, metal material may be weak, or not aligned after mounting onto which is unsafe.

The hardware included in the package is only for wood studs and concrete/brick wall applications.

The surface of the wall is not as important as the securement BEHIND the wall. Find the studs behind the stucco – you will attach to those. Before you mount the wall bracket and run your lag bolts in put ring of good silicone caulk around each hole to prevent water entry.

Strong, good functionality. The only weak spot I can see is the two bolts that control the tilt axis. I’ve cranked them pretty tight and still get tilt movement there on my 55″ Visio tv. For the price, I can live with it though.

This mount does pretty much any angle you like. Be sure to check your walls for studs BEFORE purchase, because this mount on its own is heavy, add a huge tv, and it WILL rip off the wall if you don’t install properly. Don’t be lazy….

The media could not be loaded.  I’m not good at recording lol so I tried to get at a great angle. As you can see I have a heavy tv and was very skeptical about purchasing this particular product. Overall it works well, very sturdy and has an easy set up process. They also have a video in the description which helped me with the mount as well.

The wall mount was very sturdy and supported my 49″ TV extremely well. Mount bracket was wide enough to bolt to studs 16″ apart. It was easy to install although a second set of hands would have made it easier. Some may find the TV Mount a little heavy if you are working alone. After mounting the TV, movement up/down and left/right was very easy.

These are fantastic. I’ve used two now and still can’t believe Best Buy charges $120+ and a $100 installation fee for these. Go watch YouTube videos, you can def do this in an
Hour and by yourself.

The media could not be loaded.  Mounts my 43” Smart TV with no issues. The swivel and adjustability makes it extremely convenient considering that my TV is mounted on the corner of a room and above my fish tank.

Great mount. Easy to assemble. Bought this on prime day as a lightning deal. Needed a 24″ stud-compatible mount for a 55in TV. Confused by a couple of reviews that stated when they finished installation the TV was lopsided. Yes, this happened to me as well – mount was level, tv was a bit crooked. However, the instructions clearly state if that happens you can loosen the screws that connect the TV to the mounting plate to level (up to 3 degrees) which is what I did. It’s even in an image for this product listing – “easy post-installation leveling”. Someone else also said the screws are cheap because they stripped when drilling the mount into the studs. Well, that’s also user error. The instructions state NOT to use a drill with the lag screws. You’re supposed to use a Phillips head screwdriver as far as you can and once it gets tough, finish off with a 1/2″ socket wrench (not included). Bottom line, reading is essential. I’ll be paying full price for another one for a 49″ TV.

I’ve put up several in the past couple years. This is the best one I’ve installed! Came with everything but a screwdriver, which makes it easy to install. When I need another of for a family member or friend I’ll get one of these due to the price, sturdiness and the adjustable ranges it has!

It is perfect except works very hard. Afraid we’ll break the back off the TV…hoping it breaks in for easy to and pull motions

Very easy to install. The unit was s sturdy, I almost hung on it, and I’m 200 lbs. The tilt function was also a bonus. Great product
