great question, I buy individuals to save $s
The 502 Black is a pigment based ink and the 502 colors are dye based inks.
Hi DANIEL ALVAREZ,
No. The T502 is not compatible with the Epson ET-2720. Use T522 when you order or purchase new ink bottles. To get good results on your printouts, please use Genuine Epson Ink. Hope this clarifies your inquiry. – The Epson Team

For whatever the price difference may be, it’s seriously not worth the hassle to use anything but the correct version for your printer.
They like to make it difficult for consumers to compare; but it can be discovered: 70ml colors, 127ml black

Creo que le sirve es la 504, pero no estoy muy segura de ello.
Just got the printer yesterday. (ET-4760)
No chip, after the ink tanks are refilled, the maintenance settings
allow you to reset the printer ink levels.
It doesn’t make since. Combo pack should be same price, or cheaper. I would suggest buying individual bottles not the combo.
Que colores vienen?
Los colores que usa la impresora , 3 colores . Así como se ve en el empaque.. el
Negro no viene allí
We are averaging around 5,000 pages a bottle or little over a third of a penny per page. We print largly full pages of text. Almost zero picture/color
more of a deeper orange it looks in the bottle
Info About EPSON T502 EcoTank Ink Ultra-high Capacity Bottle Black (T502120-S) for select Epson EcoTank Printers (Reviews From Amazon)
Epson is rather mysterious as to the composition of their new Eco Tank inks – nothing is mentioned either on the bottles, the packaging or their website. You won’t find a host of reviews on the ‘net either – just mention of their previous inks – DURABrite and Claria, for example, both excellent inks, pigment-based and dye-based respectively. Both types have advantages, and both are fairly permanent and archival inks – Claria is in fact a high end photographic ink, in spite of being dye-based (the most common variety of ink in desktop inkjet printers).
Sorting out multiple reviews and comments from Epson representatives, it appears that the 502 series uses a combination of both ink types – dye-based for color, and pigment-based for black. And the result is actually excellent – for routine printing, text is clear and colors are vibrant, with very little smearing, feathering or blurring when wet for either black text or color graphics on plain paper. Water resistance of color photos on Epson photographic paper (semi-gloss or gloss) is outstanding (personal test). Fading or UV resistance remains to be seen (their DURABrite pigment ink is rated archivally for over 100 years), but these appear to be quality inks, very reasonably priced (remarkably compared to cartridges), and very easy to refill in an Eco Tank printer. Highly recommended.
This Epson printer, with the reservoirs, is incredibly easy to refill with these ink bottles….tip it on, and it stops filling automatically when the reservoir is full…plus the ink lasts a heck of a lot longer than any cartridge. My dad has been using this printer for about 2-3 months, and he thinks it’s ‘the berries!’..He’s 94, and loves to print everything.
This is the greatest improvement in full color printing since 1990 when I bought my first printer. NO more little ink cartridges to keep replacing. They end up costing more than the printer with 2 refills. If they dry out or run out at different times you are in for an expensive purchase. Even my laser printer has a costly $ 125.00 toner, costing $ 50.00 LESS than a new printer. Best thing since sliced bread. Always liked Epson.
The EcoTank printer is a great value for the money as is the ink. When I had a color laser printer, I could never find the color toner and when I did, it was sometimes triple the price of what it costs to replace the EcoTank ink. Maybe I have to replace ink now once a year? This ink definitely lasts quite a long time and I do print regularly. ***UPDATE*** be aware of a warning about you waste ink pad being full and needing to be replaced. My local service center REFUSED and told me to buy a new printer. Of course it worked completely fine otherwise. So, I was determined to fix the issue at hand and I DID!!!! I didn’t think I could and I did. So, be careful and don’t break any of the little plastic teeth. Have patience. Buy a reset code and you should be good to go!!***
We’ve printed over 2,000 sheets of paper, mostly color and the black in is at 50% and color levels are at about 70%. Most of the prints are color. I would’ve gone thru several cartridges of previous printer already. One whole set of ink is about the same for one set of ink for old printer. Totally AWESOME.
This refill goes a long way! I print quite a bit at home, mostly B/W. One bottle lasts through about 8 reams of paper but usage depends on density of print matter. Buying this refill is so much better than buying individual cartridges at high prices.
This is probably a better compliment on my printer the the ink: an Epson 3760 all-in-one Printer. I have had the printer for 1 year and used only about 80% of the ink. I print regularly about everything I want to read, receipts, income tax, etc. Probably used about 1000 sheets of paper and still got good printing with about 20% of ink left until I bought a new bottle of black ink (my color in is still about 80% full). Easy to fill and doesn’t drip. I was reluctant to use a printer with fill bottles because last printer company stopped making the printer AND the ink! I am glad I upped my budget ($400 +) for this printer. It has been an all-around very satisfying purchase.
Hi. I love printing pictures of the guy I like and I print tons of photos of him-the Eco tank set here is the best, most money saving way to print tons of photos. I used to have a little printer with those tiny little cartridges and I was changing it every 5 minutes it seemed. (Really it was every week or two) Now I go MONTHS before even adding ink and it’s never been empty and I’ve had my Eco tank for a year and a half and like I said-0I PRINT TONS OF PHOTOS! And their crisp, clear, spot on colors in absolute perfection! I couldn’t be happier! Easy to load, too! Just lift the top, then the little cover, open the correct bottle to the one you wish to replace, turn upside down and set it in place over the tank and it pours in till full and then it stops. Take it off and your done. What could be easier than that? Money saving, quick and easy and beautiful colors. If you haven’t got an Eco, you’ve got to get one! You’ll wonder how on Earth you ever did without one-I did. I still do! Fire
This blue ink gets more use from my printer with the ink tanks. I ran low on blue ink in about 6 months not the year advertised by EPSON. No problem I understand because of what I print has lots of blue in the background. So it is good to have the ability to order just one color rather than all the colors. Not bad at all.
The bottles are clearly marked even for those humans that are color blind
Not a drop of ink falls – it’s amazing!
I print a lot and these bottles seem to have months and months of use out of them. I love the printer and I have owned many other brands. The price is fair for what you get. Spend a few bucks more for the features to choose are digital – I have the one you manually move to do a task and I regret not opting to buy it- you get accustomed to the manual way but I had the digital and know the difference. I highly recommend the printer these ink bottles belong to.
