While your Edge 800 or Edge 500 GPS comes with two of these Quarter Turn Bike Mounts, what if you lose one and like to ride with your Garmin GPS on more than one bike — perhaps on your road and mountain bikes? Luckily you can purchase them separately here. The Garmin Quarter Turn Bike Mount secures quickly and easily to your stem or handlebars without tools, using sturdy O-rings. You’ll get four O-rings — two of each size — so you can install the mount on any size handlebars and stems — wing shaped, round or oval. Once installed, you be able to move your Garmin Edge 800 from bike to bike with ease, and with the simplicity of the mount, you’ll be ready to ride in 30 seconds or less.

Yes Ma’am, this will work with the 1000 and the rest of the Edge series. I have an 800 and an 820 and I use both kinds of mounts. Again, if you are a frequent cyclist. These rings can also easily slip off any shimming you use to enlarge the mounting surface. I tend to use old inner tubes. However, if you are looking for a very minimal, unobtrusive mount, this works well. I give it a solid four out of five stars.

How can I get new rubber bands for the Garmin mount? The ones provided with the mount broke.

Amazon has them and they work perfectly for my Garmin 520.

When you say Rubber Gasket. Are you talking about 1 off of the Garmin itself or off of the mount. I do not have a rubber gasket on my Garmin and it goes on the mount just fine. You might already know this the rubber bands you see in this picture are the rubber bands that go around the stem or bars of your bike. Sor… When you say Rubber Gasket. Info About Garmin Bike mount, quick release, quarter turn (Reviews From Amazon)

versatile mount for Garmin products

Two simple bands can be used to attach this mount to most handlebars, or time trial bars. Easy to rotate the mount when installing so the Garmin device will face the way you want. Bands are nearly unbreakable. Mount on my other bike has lasted about 7 years with no problem. With this mount, I can move my GPS between two bikes easily. Genuine Garmin.

Need to use your Garmin Edge on more than one bicycle?

If you have multiple bicycles as I do, don’t keep moving the mount as the more you stretch those securing bands the weaker they get and could possibly break. I now have mounts on all four of my frequent riders and just move the computer from one to another easily.

Genuine Garmin product and works great!

You get a pair of the plastic mounts and four pair of the elastic bands. We fastened one mount to each of our trunk bags with zip ties and they work great with the Garmin Varia tail light.

Mount works great with Karoo

I bought this so I could mount my Karoo on my road and mountain bike. This kit came with 2 mounts which was awesome. It works perfect since the Karoo uses the same mount as Garmin products. The mount is nice and snug but not too tight. The Karoo positively locks into place and stays put. It’s a bit heavier than other garmin devices. So far the rubber bands have lasted the entire summer. Not sure how many season total I should expect, but they still look good.

Low Cost and Works Well

These mounts are very light, inexpensive, easy to install and hold my Edge 130 Plus very securely. I don’t know how well they would hold a larger, heavier GPS but they are fine with the one I have.

Easy installation in the place of your choosing. Nice and secure

Easy installation in the place of your choosing. Nice and secure. Have used on the road and on mountain biking trails.

Works good, great value. Comes with two mount units, one for the road bike, one for the mountain bike

Works good, great value. Comes with two mount units, one for the road bike, one for the mountain bike, one for the hybrid commuter, one for the rain bike. So I bought two sets of these. On the one hand, a sturdier mounting system would be nice. On the other hand, the "rubber band" mounts hold snugly and allow a good variety of mounting positions, and the bands will probably last 2+ years, and with any luck, only one would break at a time, avoiding the problem of GPS dumped out on the street while riding.

I was not sure if 1 or 2

Comes with 2 garmin mounts, and LOTS of bands, Very happy with the purchase as my old mount has been getting loose!

Great Quality

Bought this mounting bracket to replace an off brand cyclometer GPS mount that rattled. These Garmin mounts fit properly, don’t rattle, and work on the stems of both my bikes. Great purchase.

Simple unobtrusive handlebar mount

Very low profile at an affordable price. I have one on every one of my 10 bikes which allows me to use my Garmin on whichever bike I’m riding at the time.
