Bought this 8 months ago after losing the original wire in a trip. I must say i like this better since now I dont have to carry 2 big wires and 2 plugs (phone and garmin charger). Its only an inch so u might lose it easily but i have the habit of carrying a small box to hold my chargers, so I am not worried. They have a notch for you to connect it to a keyring or a string.

Travel with our various electronic gadgets nowadays winds up requiring a bag full of cords and power adapters. A SmartWatch adds yet one more pair of cord and adapter. I’ve found that adapters can eliminate a variety of cords and adapters. Now we have this Garmin Fenix/Forerunner to USB-C female adapter, which coupled with a USB-C mail to MicroUSB female adapter and MicroUSB male to USB-A male cable and USB-A female AC power adapter can pretty much charge anything, whether it takes microUSB, USB-C, or Garmin power plugs. I take this kit traveling and even backpacking, adding a Recharger Battery to the mix – for short trips leaving the AC power adapter home.

These adapters are great to keep in my car without having to have an additional cable. If my watch is running low on power or if I’m on a longer trip, I simply attach the adapter to a USB cable that I already have in my car and charge. Very convenient.

I’ve only had for a month. I’m giving some latitude with 5 Stars on durability. If it changes I’ll report back.

SO far, both work great for my garmin watch. No need for a full cable now, just use the same cable I already use with my phone. It is so tiny and simple I did not trust them, but they work as advertised.

These are great for travel as you do not need a separate USB cable to charge your watch. Small, doesn’t take a lot of room, and you can use your phone charger to keep your watch up on power. Great idea.

These work fine on my Fenix 6x. They are a backup to my Garmin cable. I take one with me when I travel. I have used it a few times. I cannot speak to its durability. Appears to be well built and fit my watch.

The adapter brings me closer to needing only one type of cable when I travel, a USB C. Now I just have that and a couple of adapters for USB A and micro USB

Adapts to use a type C charger from the phone for the Garmin. Takes up less space than other choices and charges quickly. So far so good.
