I connected mine directly to the tv with the coax cable only. Simple. It worked well. Then I tired using the amplifier/usb with the coax cable and it worked well as well. The only difference was the location of where I put the antenna…the closer to a window the better.

IMO NO it does not pick up the local cbs nbc are VHF and this antenna doesnt pick them up they are only 60 miles away 🙁 only gets fox and ABC both uhf

I would say yes. Nevertheless, if you are familiar in using a splitter you can try that. Don’t know if you would get the same quality reception though.
I now have 2 HDTV Antennas simply because they are not expensive. Compare your monthly cable bill to a one time purchase of 3 antennas. Quite a saving.

Depends on your distance from the antennaes, at 50 miles my old antennae with a different amp there is less than a 10% angle, even a few degrees seems to make a difference.

The media could not be loaded.  Mounted 32” tv on patio wall…. wondering how I’m going to get any channels without paying for another overpriced Frontier box.
Did the research on digital antennas and rolled the dice on this model based on ALL positive reviews and price.
WOW!!!!!! Under 2 minutes installation and scanned…. I now have 153 digital clear channels on the patio!!!!! Yes, some are not American channels, but WOW I’m impressed!!! This motivates me to cancel 1or 2 of our cable boxes!!!
Definitely will purchase again and HIGHLY recommend!!

The antenna is great. I have around 60 channels now. The set up was easy and quick. I did it myself in about 10 minutes. I love it and would recommend it to everyone! FYI I live in Central Florida area.

The media could not be loaded.  It was easy to install, as soon as I plugged it in it gave me about 10 channels, then I run the channel tuning on the TV and got about 69 channels. Not bad for the price, it gets some HD locals.

The media could not be loaded.  I just received my HDTV antenna today 2/4/20. It was super easy to set up and without placing it near a window I received tv channels. The quality of the images was HD quality and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I decided to place it in a spare room because that room has a window but I didn’t place it near the window and yet I was still able to get HD TV. I can’t believe I waited this long to get one of these antennas. From what I hear from friends my antenna is far better than theirs. They tell me their antenna have to be placed in a window.

I bought this Amplified HD Digital TV Antenna last week. Now there are 54 clear & stable digital channels, and the favorite kid channel is back. We love it, thanks for this great product.
BTW, I live near the foothill of Los Gatos, CA, the signal is not good, I have 2 other normal antennas, with them, I can only get about 10 channels and they are not stable, my kids complained a lot. but with this antenna, it amplifies the signal and we get images with very good quality.

My new HDTV antenna works perfectly! I purchased this product so that my family can enjoy all of our local channels, and the antenna works great. Easy set up and mounting.

The media could not be loaded.  I previously bought a cheap Walmart version of this and it couldn’t pull my local abc channel. That took 20 minutes just to pull 26 channels Smh. I love on an second floor apartment building and my internal one sucks. This one from amazon took about 5 whole minutes to set up and pulled 43 channels. I splurged a tad more than the cheapo Walmart one but it was well worth it.

Having used previous flat screen antennas, I thought this might only be a slight improvement, but I was wrong! This antenna is phenomenally great! No need to attach to a window in order to capture stations, this one can be placed on a wall and does not rely as strongly on directional receiving.

We are about 20 miles from Oklahoma City TV transmitting towers, and when we installed this inside of a room without directional windows towards the city, we mounted it on a wall behind the TV and the auto-select function of the TV picked up 42 stations, the bulk of which were Digital! AWESOME!

Picture clarity was virtually perfect and no stations that it found would go in and out as we experienced with previous antennas.

Setup was easy and painless. About the easiest thing you can imagine, and the box includes some adhesive stickers to mount the flat to a wall without damage.

This is the best flat-face antenna we have ever used, and I’m pleased to give it FIVE STARS and an honest and VERY hearty recommendation. We love it so much we have purchased three, and they all perform brilliantly!
