If accessing from an Apple device, tap the Your Add-ons tab then tap Manage in the ‘Apple Arcade’ section.
- From the ‘Apple Arcade’ screen tap Remove on the desired line.
- To continue, review the changes then tap Confirm.
- From the Confirmation screen, tap Got it.
From Verizon Web Browser
- From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
- From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:AccountApps & add-ons
- Click Apps & add-ons overview.
- From the ‘My Add-ons & Apps’ section, click the More icon in the ‘Apple Arcade’ section.
- If necessary, click See All from the ‘My Add-ons & Apps’ section then from the ‘Apple Arcade’ section, click Manage.
- From the ‘Manage’ section, click Remove.
To proceed, review the message then click Remove Apple Arcade.
It may take up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect.
