The Consequences of Using Products with an Electricity Exceeding 2A:1.Our product is a low-power converter. If a product exceeding 2A is connected, the electricity will be too large, which will cause the circuit to burn out. 2. The total power of the connected appliances exceeds the rated power. If the actual power is greater than the rated power, the appliance may be damaged. NOTE!!!!1. Bundling the wires during use may cause abnormal overheating and easily lead to safety accidents.2. Blocking the heat emission hole during use, the blockage of the heat emission hole causes the product to fail to dissipate heat normally, and excessive temperature may also cause problems.WORKS WELL WITH CAR ELECTRIC DEVICE UNDER 24W Car Dash Cam Car Charger Car MP3 player Car Bluetooth FM Radio Adapter Car Air Purifier Car Humidifier & Car Diffuser Car Telephone Automotive RazorSpecifications: Input voltage: 100-240V Frequency: 50 / 60HZ Output voltage: 12V Output current: 2A Output ripple: 100mVp-p Work efficiency: 83% Operating temperature: 0 ℃- 50 ℃ Storage temperature: -20 ℃- 85 ℃ Output line length: 1.2 meters Output connector: cigarette lighter, car head Package include: 1 x Car Converter Adapter

It does not work with mine.
When I looked at my mini air compressor for inflating car tires, the tag on device said it requires 15 Amps. I should have checked the electrical requirements before ordering, that was my mistake.
I’ve tried to power a portable air pump and it DID NOT provide enough power, it would be a trickle charger for a laptop meaning that the power would discharge slower but it’s not enough to maintain or charge the laptop if in use.
Maybe it’s putting out too much power for the amp that’s inside?
ANYONE WONDERING IF THIS ADAPTER WILL WORK OR NOT PLEASE READ THIS.
I was terribly disappointed with this adapter. It does not produce the voltage or amps it’s rated to produce. I tested it with a voltmeter. My advice would be to spend a couple more bucks and get a better one.
I do not know what a "mobile power 400 6 in 1 power supply" is, but this AC to DC Converter could not handle a simple portable automobile tire inflator. Probably will but not the same amount of power – this barely was able to power up my car vac – it came on but with little suction
I used it to charge mirror that is a camera that fits over car mirror.
Absolutely!
My experience says No. I purchased this item to use on my 6 volt air compress which has a plug in end for my car. I thought I could use the air compressor for my kids pool toys but I had to convert it to plug in some how. I bought this item and it barely powers the Compressor and doesn’t even put out any air at all. I bought this item and it barely powers the Compressor and doesn’t even put out any air at all. Just to confirm it was the plug we plugged into car first then this adapter plug. It doesn’t have enough power to completely power my 6v Compressor at all. I went to home depot and purchased a Husky 120 volt inflator for 20.00 which has a plug end.
The output current of this power adapter is 2A. please check the output current of your products before you buy the ac to DC converter. many of the buyer bought the wrong item and said our converter couldn’t work. please check your items that you use before buying the converter. thanks

Nope, they have to solve their own problems, I got my own
the formula volts x amps =watts, your data, 5v x 4a= 20w; this converter is 12v x 2a = 24w, (converted from 110v ), say you have :
4v x 5a = 20w or 2v x 10a= 20w so forth, etc. watts are watts, I am no expert, however 4 watt difference is marginal to me plus or minus phone consumes 20 w to operate or the battery use… the formula volts x amps =watts, your data, 5v x 4a= 20w; this converter is 12v x 2a = 24w, (converted from 110v ), say you have :

Is this 20 watts the minimum the phone needs? This unit works perfect for my needs, I really like the converter with transformer at the plug end and long cord.
Absolutely!
You would have to check the car vacuum to see what the power requirement is: If the power requirement is less than 24W, then yes, it should work without problems.
Info About Lesleyye AC to DC Converter 12V 2A 24W Car Cigarette Lighter Socket 110-240V to 12V AC/DC Power Adapter (Reviews From Amazon)
This is an excellent power source for charging or using anything you have that plugs into your car’s 12 volt socket., now called a Power Port. THIS IS A 12VOLT POWER OUTLET and IS NOT THE SAME AS A 12VOLT CIGARETTE LIGHTER SOCKET CAUTION ! This is a LOW POWER * 2 AMP * 12 volt source. It is not meant to have as much power as a car cigarette lighter socket, . I use it to power my XmSirus satellite radio inside my house, and also to power up my Garmin GPS for programming a new address into it, before going to the car.. The cord is about 3 feet long, the box that plugs into the wall is about 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide by about 1 inch thick, AND it does not block the other outlet so you can still use it too. Again, IF your car/vehicle no longer has an actual pop out cigarette lighter, this will power any small item, For example a Phone charger/tablet/ GPS/Dash Cam/12 volt shaver/adapter to USB etc, but will be quickly destroyed by such a heavy AMP item as a 12 volt tire pump(14amp) that plugs into a REAL 12 volt cigarette lighter socket. (a socket which has a cigarette lighter in it) . Well made , works great, I bought another one. Yep Very satisfied.
I wanted to get a Bluetooth connection between my phone and my boombox in the shop so I got one of these adapters to plug my car FM transmitter into the wall. Worked perfectly.
I would advise people to check the power requirements of the device they want to plug into this adapter to be sure it is compatible. I saw a lot of negative reviews from people complaining about how underpowered it is. Even if that is true, it says the max output it can deliver right in the product name. It tells you everything you need to know right there. “2A 24W” To hear people whining about how it won’t power their 10 amp air compressor boggles my mind.
Instead of leaving a negative review for the product, these people should really be giving themselves negative reviews as consumers like…
“I give myself one star because I’m lazy and I’m a moron. I didn’t read the product description, so I ended up getting a product that didn’t meet my needs. I probably don’t even deserve one star to be honest”
Like most, if not all, the low-star raters, I thought this was a piece of junk. It barely powered my car hand-vac.
Upon doing some simple reading, I found that the wattage and the Amps on my Vac is more than what this product says that it supports. So it was my fault.
Buyer, don’t just look at the Volts supported. More and most important is the Wattage of your device and the Amps. My vac says 8.8 Amps, 12 volts, 106 Watts (8.8 x 12). This product was advertised as 2 Amps, 12 Volts hence only 24 Watts. The required and supplied wattage were way off!
Do this: check the watt and Amp requirement on your device before you buy one of these converters.
There are other converters here on Amazon that has 12V 10A 120W, some even higher and some lower. Just check first.
Able to plug in the DC air pump and fill my car tires inside the garage versus opening the door and starting the car.
So I still have the stereo system in my house is from my high school/college days (the early 90’s). It’s still a great component system with an actual radio, separate EQ, and multi-disc CD player (I finally moth-balled the tape deck a couple of years ago). The house is wired and set up with Bose speakers and it’s nice to hear and feel full sound vs. playing music with a phone on the counter or through a portable bluetooth speaker. I plug this in next to the stereo and use it to power a bluetooth hands-free transmitter for a car. Now we can sit at the counter with our phones and control the music and have it playing everywhere.
I use it to charge a Garmin 61 LMT-S outside of the vehicle (none of the charging USB cables I purchased worked – very frustrating). This worked fine and is much cheaper than the Garmin AC charger. Allows me to charge my Garmin and carry it with me when walking.
I have an old gps unit which doesn’t get charged during use. This item is perfect if I need to enter new destination details without having to plug it in to the vehicle. I should have purchased this long ago.
I got the to keep my Garmin updated through WiFi in my house so I did have to worry about killing the battery in my car and it worked great, but I did notice that it is not something to run a car vacuum on, compared to the cigg outlet in a car this isn’t as powerful and it got hot when I did, so for some things like a phone charger or what I did this is great.
This allows you to use a car cigarette lighter powered device IN your home or hotel room traveling. I use it for my miniature fridge that holds 6 drink cans cold tin the car or in the hotel room if room without fridge as many are. Fridge can be bought for about $15-16 on AMAZON plus the adapter for another $5-6 and you are in business to cool or heat and in your car or elsewhere!
Bought this for my wife to keep in car to charge her cell phone when on trip and not in car. It is well made and rapid charges her phone with no problem. Only minor thing is the car adapter is some what of a loose fit ( does not fall out) into this adapter but not a big concern. Works fine
