Info About Let’s Count Soft Book – World of Eric Carle The Very Hungry Caterpillar Baby Teething Crinkle Book (Reviews From Amazon)
People on here are expecting way to much for $5 on Amazon & don’t seem to read descriptions. A good car seat toy to go with the others and just a great sensory (as each page has different textured fabrics) & teething toy. as soon as I gave it to her she started kicking her legs and flaring the book everywhere & rubbing the book in her face while making all types of breathing noises and funny sounds lol. She loves the noises it makes and gets excited when I make the squeaky noise. She gets very excited whenever she sees it as well😂😂 I recommend. It’s cheap and it’s efficient for a young baby. Duh it isn’t a real book but it has enough teachable things on it. Before I let her play with it i go thru each page and tell her the colors numbers and objects on there and she follows my fingers so I think she’s soaking in enough. I’ll buy others since I see she likes it. This was just my little test run. I recommend it. It occupies her while I change her and she likes it while on her stomach
My mostly toothless rescue isn’t big on toys but loves to shred papers and magazines. This was perfect for her, especially the small rubber piece on one of the corners. I had to take off the red ring because it was a brittle plastic and he was able to break pieces off. A few months in and it’s still holding up well. My grandkids loved this book too!
I was excited to see this book comes in a baby version, this will make a great Christmas gift for my brand new niece.
Baby loves this “book”. It is only 3 pages but definitely serves its need. One of my baby’s favorite toys.
My little girl has loved this book since she was two months old and now at three months she can finally hold it on her own and play! I bought this book in anticipation of her teething stage. Since she’s been fascinated with putting her hands in her mouth I wanted something cute and safe for her to enjoy. This is the only toy she had at two months that was light enough for her to kind of handle on her own. The crinkle pages made her want to hold and play with it, which jump started her being able to grasp things really well with her hands. She’d sit and flip the pages back and forth and just smile at the noises. Now, she can kind of pull it into her mouth a bit and chew on it. I wash EVERYTHING the moment it arrives, and this washed fine in the washing machine. The squeaker still works great and no signs of wear from washing it. I air dried it. She loves the little leaf on one of the pages and tries to gnaw on it. Each page has some kind of neat texture to it for a baby to feel. Everything about this little book is just perfect for a young baby who is learning to grasp and or teething.
I love how colorful it is and how it has many different things for my baby to discover, play and learn with all in one small book with the squeeker, pikkabo flap, textures and fruits and crinkle sound. It’s easy enough to clean by popping in the washer and holds up well. I think this a a great baby shower gift as I noticed my daughter loved the sounds of the crinkly wipes bag during diaper changes.
I purchased it as a gift for my neighbor’s baby nephew. SO glad I did! Size is perfect, quality is great, eye catching colors, multiple textures for a little one, teether corners, and a safe and easy to use clasp to attach book to car seat▪︎infant seat▪︎diaper bag and more. I give it A+.
I love Eric Carle and since I am getting ready to have my first baby I am purchasing just about every book and toy I can! I bought this to either hang in the car seat or stroller or to hang in the crib or on an activity playmat. I think it is very cute and durable for when baby will pull at it and teeth on it and I cannot wait to be able to use it!
My babygirl loves this book! I bought it for her when she was around 3 months & she loved it then & still loves it now, at almost 6 months! She chews on it & plays w it alot. It’s really easy to clean & durable. There’s no signs of wear or tear on ours yet. It’s such a fun lil toy/book. It’s also educational bc you can teach baby the colors & numbers that are on the book. I would recommend this for every parent for their baby.
We have a six month old grandchild and he absolutely adores this toy. He loves how each page crinkles and makes noises plus the squishy ball that squeaks. It also has a clip that hangs onto other toys.I would highly recommend it.
To summarize, this book is for 0-3 year olds. The illustrations are large, bright, colorful, and appealing. The story in simple language and rhymes. . . .
