It swivels so it can be in ‘landscape’ or ‘portrait’ position, then you tighten it down. It doesn’t quite swivel side to side once in that position, but there is a little room to angle it towards the driver better. Hope that’s the info you’re looking for.

I have no clue but… I have a 2005 sedan an it works great. Try it . If it doesn’t fit send it back. Because I have an older car I had a hard time finding one – this was my third attempt and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Yes! This phone holder can turn, twist to driver and passenger angle. It also can slide up and down so that it doesn’t sit on the air vent. Worth the money!

The media could not be loaded.  I have a love/hate relationship with phone holders. They can be convenient, but if they aren’t secure then they can be dangerous. The last thing you want is for your phone to fly into your face during an accident or even just a sudden stop. This one is much different. It holds the phone securely, but it also attaches to the car vent very well. I don’t have to worry about it being knocked out of place or my phone getting damaged. There’s also a really nice feature that I have never seen before. You can actually move the phone itself out of the way of the vent. I live in a very warm place so I really appreciate that it isn’t blocking my air conditioning.

I had a phone holder like this before. My goals:
1. attach to the car vent
2. hold the phone in different positions, preferably high at dash level, above the vent
3. move easily to different positions in case of glare

This one meets all 3 goals. It is more adjustable than my old one as this one can extend or collapse the arm to keep the phone away from, or close to the vent mount. The vendor contacted me to insure it was working. They mentioned that some vents are hard to attach and that they had an alternative vent mount part. In my case it wasn’t needed, but nice to know they have a solution in place for others with the vent mount issue. For my car (Dodge Ram, 2007), the vent attachment is much more stable than the one I had before.

There is some wobble when the arm is fully extended and the phone is horizontal. Very small amount of wobble. Hey, phones are just too big and heavy these days.

Bottom line, if you are looking for an extended vent mount phone holder, this might be the one for you.

Have tried so many different phone holders and none have worked for more than a few weeks. Either the sticky stuff melts off or loses it’s suction, or the previous vent clips were never tight enough. This vent clip adjusts fully to the correct size. It is very secure. I also really like the fact that it has an adjustable arm allowing me to move to a good viewpoint without blocking the A/C. Can be used straight up or side to side with a spin of the dial. I am very pleased that my search for a working phone holder is finally over.

I’m updating my previous review after speaking with customer service and having an incredible experience.

Initially the air vent mount did not work well for me as my air vent fins were too delicate and didn’t have the strength to hold my iPhone 13 Max.

Custom service reached out to me and offered to refund my purchase as well as send me out their CD phone mount, which for my situation works much better.

Look, not all products are one size fits all. For most people, I think their air vent mount will be just fine. For me, I’m more comfortable using a CD phone mount. It’s incredible that their customer service reached out to me and made the offer of a refund and alternate product.

For that reason, I recommend this product 100%. IF it ends up not being up to your standards, rest assured that this company will do everything they can to make you satisfied.

My previous car attachment would fall off once in awhile with my phone attached to it, and I didn’t want that to happen with my heavier new iphone 12 pro max – so I got this magnetic phone car attachment, and am so glad that I did! It attaches to the phone much more strongly than the other one did, there’s no way it would fall off – but it still comes off just fine when I intentionally grab it. The angle is fully adjustable but can be locked into place once you find the angle that you want. It grabs and locks onto the vent so that there is no way the whole attachment would ever fall off, like my previous one did. I’m VERY happy with my purchase, can’t imagine a better attachment. Once my magnetic cord clips arrive for cord management, I will be all set for any long-distance (or short-distance) trips!

This is great because I currently have a holder that attaches to my vent, and in the winter when I have my heater on it causes my phone to overheat. I also didn’t want to purchase one that suctions onto the window because I feel like those could pop off. Anyways this is perfect because even though it attaches to the vent, it can be adjusted to be out of the way of the air flowing out. The main thing I love is that it can be adjusted in so many different ways. The arms adjust to fit the width of your phone so no matter how big or small your phone is, it will adjust to fit. The arm also adjusts so that you can figure out where you want it mounted whether it’s above or beside the vent. I was worried that my vents were too large for the hook, but after playing with it and trying to figure it out, I also realized the hook adjusts as well so I was able to extend it to fit my vents. I’ve had it for about a week now and it has been awesome. No problems and it is very secure. I’m glad I went with this one, great product so far!!

What I love about this phone mount is it was really easy to setup on my vent. Once it’s on there, it is completely secure on there. Even with bumpy roads, this phone mount will not move at all. I found that this really helps when I’m looking up directions because I’m not focusing just on my bouncy phone but actually on the road. This actually keeps my phone still while on those bumpy roads. What’s even better is I don’t have to take off my case. I have a big, bulky case on my phone and this holder opens wide enough that it will hold my phone with the case on. Even with buying a new phone that is bigger than my old one, that one fits on this holder too. What’s also helpful is there is an opening on the bottom that allows me to still be able to charge my phone while it’s still in the holder too.

After pushing the connections through the vent, you twist the knob to bring the clamp forward for a strong hold on the vent cover. That twisting has such satisfying clicks. Almost stress relieving. Anyway, it’s far better than the type that just squeezes the vent. The clamp really makes you feel like it’s not going anywhere. The magnetic hold is strong enough for my Galaxy S21 Ultra, so I imagine it will hold most phones comfortably (I used the large metal piece that came with the unit). Probably buying another for my 2nd car. Love it!

Finally a phone holder that works on my GMC vertical vents. Magnet holds phone securely in place.

The steel hook is sharp. Need to be very careful during installation because the steel hook will scratch the bars easily in the vent. Eventually, the steel hook will still leave marks on the bar that it’s holding onto due to vibrations on the road.

Wondering why not bringing in the great inner steel upgrade that they just made for the other product?!
