macOS Ventura 13.6 update
macOS Ventura 13.6 build number 22G120 is available on all compatible Macs! It comes with bug fixes and security improvements! It’s most likely the last update before the public release of macOS Sonoma!

macOS Ventura 13.6 Security Fixes
The security document of this update mentions two vulnerabilities that have been patched:
Kernel
Issue: A local attacker may be able to elevate their privileges. This may have been actively exploited in versions before iOS 16.7.
Fix: The issue was fixed with improved checks.
Security
Issue: A malicious app may be able to bypass signature validation. This may have been actively exploited in versions before iOS 16.7.
Fix: A certificat validation issue was resolved.
Fact: These are the same vulnerabilities addressed by macOS Sonoma 14 RC2 version!

As usual, this update is available over-the-air in System Settings:
- 1. Click for General -> Software Update.
- 2. macOS Ventura 13.6 update should show up on the screen.
- 3. Tap Update Now or Install Now.
- 4. Agree with ToS, input Password and be patient until the new software is requested, downloaded, prepared, verified and installed on your device!
