I taught electronics at the Army Intel Center & Schools, Ft Devens, Mass and still don’t quite understand why people just don’t get it… The cords are SUPPOSED TO HAVE SHORTS IN THEM (from end to end). They’re called WIRES!!!

I highly doubt the time was taken to use an Ohm Meter to check if any of the wires are actually shorted with each other. That said; if your cable does not work, it is much more likely the cause is a broken wire (unlikely unless there are signs of damage) or solder connection (more likely) at either connector, in which case your problem is an OPEN, or incomplete circuit… not a short.
My best advice though:
GOOGLE the seller and email them directly. It works for me most of the time when needed as in when Amazon’s review process would not permit the uploading of photos and there was a problem I really wanted the vendor to see, like when I received unopened and clear plastic wrapped 15/64" wooden dowels in a package labeled 3/8".

They would but I dont recommend getting these particular ones. I got them for my Samsung phone and all 3 broke within 6 weeks.

This phone, I believe, has micro SUB connections, so these cables should work

Seems very well made; stays firmly in the phone without falling out. I thought the phone was messed up because none of my cables seemed snug in the phone. Now i realize I need to throw out all the funky cables I have been using. This one stays plugged in when my phone is on the handlebar of my Harley, even at speeds over 140 mph

Great product, Fun colors, Great price and Delivered in 2 days! I use them for my Samsung phone and for my Kindle Fire. Love the 6ft braided cord. It gives me plenty of room to sit back and use my device as it charges, without having to hold perfectly still or hang onto the end!! It is well made and the ends actually stay in!! It clicks when you plug it in and you need to give it a good tug to remove it. I haven’t timed how fast it charges, but it seems to be around 45 minutes to an hour for my completely dead phone. You do need to have the AC adapter, as it does not come with one. I used Amazon Prime, and it was delivered as promised in 2 days! I would definitely purchase these again!!

EDIT: WITHIN ABOUT 6HRS THEY GOT BACK TO ME WITH A COUPLE OPTIONS TO SOLVE MY ISSUES, THE NEXT DAY AFTER REPLYING, THEY GOT BACK TO ME! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Im giving 2 stars bc one of the cord already has a
short, and thats quality i exspect from a corner store, (will update if made right!)
So i bought these chargers just over a month ago, they charge really well, and the durability seems nice. Unfortunately in just over a month one of the cords (the green one) have caught a short in it. So now im using the blue one. (Mind you i use it pretty lightly, careful not fold or bend to much, + i keep it in the house) I hope the remainder two last much longer. I’ve just emailed the seller and depending on how that goes I’ll update my reveiw and ratings. Now however, dont let this discourage your purchase to much they are nice cords, and charge pretty fast especially coupled with a fast charger aka box aka wall peice.
Not to mention a pretty decent price 3 cords for under 10 bucks. But at the same time cant just over look this, hoping its just a fluke, it does happen.

The convenience of a 6 ft cord , longer than standard length was the reason for my purchase. The connection to the phone is very tight. Probably a good thing.

These low-cost replacement cords charge great. Fast charging per the specifications! These 3 cords feel different than ones I’ve bought in the past that would kink and tangle when wound up for storage. These are much softer allowing them to bend and twist without kinking so they untangle right away after removing the rubber band. Great product! Thanks!

After fighting with my phone charging cord for almost 6 months now because I kept having to wiggle the connector on the phone end of the original charging cable to get a decent contact; I ordered these and considering the price and the fact that I now have three great cables with snug connectors that fit very securely into the phone charging port; I need to kick myself for not ordering them sooner! I worked in electronics for over 14 years and I must also mention that the braided wrapping on these cords is of high quality and should help them last a very long time. Pull the cords repeatedly along their entire length while working towards the connectors to remove the shipping bends. Grip the cord firmly in the middle with one hand and work towards the end connectors ( DO NOT PULL ON THE END CONNECTORS ) by pulling the cords between your finger and thumb of the other hand with moderately light pressure applied to initially straighten out the bends.

On the lighter side… All of my charging cords have shorts in them. They’re supposed too. They’re called wires!
But they aren’t supposed to be shorted from one wire to the adjacent wire, and these aren’t shorted together.
I highly recommend this product.

I am one of those people who has wasted too much time on less than great chargers because I love the 10 foot length. Finally my husband got tired of watching me struggling with bad chargers, so he got me this set. I love it! I usually end up with chargers that start off okay and then quickly go bad within a few months. This set not only involves 3 different colored chargers, they are all good! They charge much faster than the average ones. The cords are great. It is easy to use them because they are not fragile and they are flexible. The 6 feet length is perfect. I learned that 10 feet is more excessive than I actually need. Get them! The price is good, and it helps that they are different colors that can be assigned to different items.

My old charger that came with the phone took hours, but this cord charges so quickly!! I love that the cord is 6 feet long because this allows me to sit on the sofa or at the kitchen table while using my phone and charging at the same time.

I also like that each cord is a different color. I bought 2 sets and now each family member has their own color cord for charging their items. Now I’ll know if someone “borrowed” my cord based on the colors.

Since I’ve only had it a few days, I cannot comment on durability. Overall, I would recommend based on speed and cable length.

I desperately needed a new charger for my phone and my daughter’s. I found these while browsing around and after reading the reviews, seeing how long the cords were, and seeing that awesome price – I just had to give them a shot. It’s been several weeks now and they are still holding up great! Our phones charge faster than before, plus the extra long cords are fantastic! The best part was when I opened the box I found a small piece of paper that informed me that these were also under warranty!! That was a very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend these! They are wonderful!!!

The cords are sturdy, have solid reinforcement, & the micro USB plugs in firmly to the device. (I’ve found that far too many don’t fit quite right & end up quickly becoming useless.)
The bright colors make them easily identifiable amongst the inevitable jumble of different charging cords that most of us eventually accumulate. (Wouldn’t it be nice if they were ALL standardized?)
All-in-all, great value for the product & a satisfied customer.
(If you’re anything like me, obsessively researching EVERYTHING, with a healthy fear of buyers remorse – take a breath, save yourself some time & just buy these remorseless cords. 😉 )
