Facts About NUK Learner Cup, Kingdom Blue, 10 Ounce
On amazon type in nuk replacement spout. Tons come up.
I have washed in dishwasher and it is fine
Yes it does detach from the ring for cleaning purposes. You put the handle on the bottle first and then screw the ring/nipple on, so the handle stays put while the baby is using it.
Creo qe no yo a mi bebé no le di pecho como fue prematuro se me arruinó la leche, pero si son bien suaves
The spout is the same as the 5 oz bottle. The only difference is the size of the bottle.
The child has to suck to get the liquid out but the cups dont leak. My grandson used his from 6 months until he started to chew on the soft plastic spout at 18months. Now hes on the hard plastic spout. I think the spouts are the same on the 4oz and 10 oz learner sippy cups.
No, look at reviews many people experienced this. It is a defective product.
I microwave 8 oz of milk in it for not more than 50secs
We had water inside the bottle. With the bottle upside down nothing comes. Liquid comes out when she sucking the nozzle. At 9 months old she sometimes suck so fast leaning on a pillow she chokes her self few times. She doesn’t know how to balance the bottle high enough in the air to feed her self. Hope it works.
Yes, the measurements on shown on the side.
I’m not sure. You would have to check the manufacturers instructions. But it is dishwasher safe
I got the ones with hearts and Birds I think it gives you the option to select which one you want.
Yes, I use it as a transition cup.
No, Nuk makes good products. Use age appropriate. It is for older children.
Info About NUK Learner Cup, Kingdom Blue, 10 Ounce (Reviews From Amazon)
Awesome transitional cup. I was using Dr brown bottles for 10months. My son will not take any other bottle so I thought I will have same problems taking away the bottle to a sippy cup. Not with these ones!! I started off with the 4 Oz and I will give him water only. When I was ready to take away bottles, i added milk to the Nuk sippy cup. At first he was not taking it because he was used to drinking water from it only. All day when he wanted milk i will put it in his sippy cup until he finally took it. I then threw all bottles away. I bought 10oz Mickey Mouse ones. I have two of the 4 Oz elephant ones and 2 of the Mickey Mouse 8 Oz. He likes both and both have removable handles easy to wash. Nipple is pretty thick and durable, not cheap. Yes, of course if your child likes to chew on it, it will eventually wear off just like any other things. Nipple also has the air ventilation on the opposite side of the nipple.
Haven’t had any issues with this cup with leaking and let me tell ya it’s been through hell and back lol. Handles are easy for my daughter to grip
Let me start with… we don’t watch Mickey Mouse. So our 13 month old has no idea who’s on his cup. Holy moly this cup has changed his drinking habits. He typically drank well, I thought. Well now he’s a drinking milk machine. This cup has changed everything. He can carry it so much easier then all of his other cups & spills haven’t been a problem.
You know how little guys like to smack their cup to spill milk… he’s tried. Multiple times, with no luck.
I’m getting on to order another. Easy to clean the plastic sippy part slips right out for easy washing.
Highly recommend boiling all sippy cup parts monthly for 5 minutes. Paci’s too.
This was my first choice of sippy cup for my son. We started using this at 8 months old, as my pediatrician recommended weaning him from the bottle by his first birthday. We have been given a few other brands as well, such as the Walmart brand Parent’s Choice and Munchkin, but so far, this is the only cup that hasn’t leaked in some way. I do wish the lids would stay on better, but we don’t use the lids at home so it isn’t a real issue.
My daughter loves this cup. This will be our new go-to cup for bed time. I love the large, 10-oz capacity and the cute design. The only way to get it to leak is by throwing it across the room, and even then it’s only a couple of drops. I literally held it upside down and shook it as hard as I could, and it didn’t leak a single drop.
Absolutely hands down the BEST learner cup out there. Literally the best! Doesn’t spill. Holds a lot. Great shape. Great spout. This is GOLD in my house. 2 year old uses these with no problem. Other sippy cups leak, or the flow is too fast. This is PERFECT!
Seriously, the best sippy cup! We tried the 360 cup and she didn’t seem interested in that cup. This was very very easy to transition. i pretty much stopped her bottle use and converted to these, she had no problem at all. We started this at about 11.5 months and shes a total pro now. She is also now getting a hang of the other cup (360 cup) which i think helped her to start with this cup. We bought multiples and they are great. I even recommended to my friend who’s 16 month old is still struggling using a bottle and not wanting a sippy cup.
My infant son would never take a bottle. He went straight to sippy cups after trying every bottle on the market known to man and failing. I spent hundreds of dollars but had zero success. My son was exclusively and has always been breast fed but I would pump and then use bottles after I went back to work. However my son refused every bottle.
My pediatrician said he’s only seen two babies ever who refused bottles but my son was another one of those babies. I tried a couple different sippy cups but like my daughter he too loved the Nuk sippy cups. They were perfect for my strong son who could hold his own cup at two months. The best part of this sippy cup was its size. It was larger than most sippy cups which allowed more milk.
As far as leaking they can still spill milk if you have a strong baby who can tip it upside down or throw it. Also as your kiddo gets older and can bite the lids, it creates a larger hole in the tip that prompts more spilling. I found that the Nuk was hands down better than almost every other cup that we tried. I tried all the high end cups and I still think the Nuk was better. I highly recommend the Nuk cup.
-Excellent size, larger than most sippy cups. They have smaller versions as well.
-Similar to a bottle so it was an easy transition for my daughter to switch from bottle to cup. In my son’s case he just went straight to the sippy.
-Easy to clean. Dishwasher safe.
– Not completely spill proof but by far the best I’ve tried which is important bc we let them have milk in the car on occasion.
-Excellent price point
The only thing I think worth mentioning is that if your kid gets teeth early the lids are easily destroyed.
Both my babies had teeth within 2 weeks and almost a full mouth of teeth by 6 months which is very unusual for most, but it made it easy for them to destroy the lids. I wish they sold extra lids to help with this.
The Nuk sippy cups were back ordered for a while which really drove the price up but they seem to be back to their normal price point and delivery time which is a godsend.
These cups are great — easy to use, they don’t leak, easy to clean. There’s handles and the lid threads correctly on the first try about 90% of the time. They hold a lot and travel well.
My only issue is actually with Amazon — they sent the wrong pattern! The pattern they sent wasn’t even one that was shown on the product page so I have no idea where it came from. I selected balloons and got sent some knight / castle themed design on a blue-tinted bottle. I hate, hate, hate tinted sippy cups because it makes it harder to tell what’s in them and this blue color is darker than most. Is it milk? Is it water? Is it juice? Nobody knows until you open it. My only option was to return & reorder the cups, which would take days, but we needed new sippy cups ASAP, so we didn’t have time to return and replace and are just dealing with the disappointing pattern and awful tint. I’ll buy these again, but definitely not from Amazon.
This is my first time using Nuk bottles. I have had 3 kids and was looking for something for my 10 month old to transition to better than my previous bottles (Avent/Tommee Tippee). These are working very well (I bought 2 so I wouldn’t ever be in a bind when one was dirty). I love the hand grips and that they swivel around to position where the nipple is. The quality of the bottle is clearly very durable because my son has a habit of throwing and dropping his bottle. I’d definitely buy them again. …And who doesn’t love Mickey? 🙂
