Our HP Envy printer ran out of black ink @ my son had bought some ink cartridges that he had refilled. Well guess what the printer wouldn’t print. I put in the black HP 62 (C2P04AN) cartridge & it printed right away. No problem & it’s still printing with no problem.

Yes, the HP Envy 5549 printer uses the HP 62 black and tricolor ink cartridges.

Yes it is an HP product. But it’s sold through an authorized dealer, so it doesn’t ship from HP directly.

Each printer takes a specific cartridge they are not interchangeable.

I cant speak for other vendors, ours are original HP inks.

The HP 62 ink will not work in the Envy 5014 printer. But the HP 65 or 65XL black and tricolor ink cartridges will work with the HP Envy 5014 printer.

Great INK, yet a bit pricey. Less of a hassle than HP Instant Ink, though!!

I was using HP Instant Ink…& it WAS worth it, UNTIL they started having issues with communicating with MY printer. VERY UPSETTING!!! I tried EVERYTHING…yet HP said they could not “see” my HP PRINTER, & how much ink I was using. So…they STOPPED me from being able to use my OWN INSTANT INK, that I paid for every month…& I had A LOT of ink left. I wasn’t asking them for MORE ink!! ARGH!!! So, the ink is now USELESS….WHAT A WASTE OF INK!!

So, I bought this HP Ink, I had bought for years…until I joined up with HP Instant Ink. If it works…great…but I do NOT like them having control over my printer being able to print…or NOT. So, I am back to using this HP INK. For peace of mind…& knowing my printer WILL PRINT…it is worth it. My suggestion…stay far away from HP Instant Ink!! Unless you enjoy headaches & hassles.

The printer this ink goes to is a terrible design. If u run out of one color in the cartridge, the rest is wasted. I prefer buying many cheaper Individual cartridges, plus these just don’t last long, even when printing on draft. But the cartridges were good. They weren’t dry when I got them like from Sam’s club. They do the job and print nicely..at least til one color runs out and it changes it to a different color.

So happy I can order ink! Our printer is a few years old (or older) and I’ve never bought a generic ink for it, or tried to refill our cartridge. I really like how easy it is to replace the ink and I feel like it lasts several months for us, since we don’t print too much. We needed ink for home school packets and I started printing as soon as I got my ink, and 100 pages later and it’s still going strong

Each time I purchase printer’s ink, I think about how consumer’s are being ripped of for the few ounces of ink. No wonder printers are always on sale, they got you once you purchase it and now the never ending need for ink @ about $30 per pint. Do you really believe that ink production requires retail prices so high?

Got this new printer and this was the fastest delivery I ever received from Amazon, the same day I ordered the product. Great print quality and easy to install. Just the two cartridges rather than 6 I had to install in my older printer.

Works as deacribed, recognized by the printer and fast delivery. Will order again — likely the XL size though as I don’t want to have to watch the inventory closely.

The only printer ink I can use in my HP Printer. Printes well no running or smudges colors are true. Longevity will depend on the amount and what you print.

I did my research after I tried the refill with Costco using the same cartilage but when I put it in, my printer said unrecognizable. This was the best price I found.
