Unfortunately, no. The Envy 5000 series uses either the 65 or high-capacity 65XL cartridges.

I just received this type of cartridge for my printer and it has worked fine. Maybe contact the seller and they can help with this problem.

I’m using a 67 Black (3YM56AN) and a 67 XL Tricolor (3YM58AN) in my HP DeskJet Plus 4155. Don’t know about the 62 or if the 67’s will work in any other models.

I’ve purchased a couple times & never had an issue. I just went to replace my color cartridge, kept getting and “E” message and couldn’t get past the message. Changed the black cartridge, it was fine but then I noticed the weight. Weighed it on my mail scale and it weighed the same as my other empty cartridge … Didn’t think it possible so kept trying, then noticed the light that lights up when the cartridge is empty was blinking. Amazon is refunding me with a “restocking” fee … I thought of replacing but I have one on the way … I keep a backup and knew I was gonna have to change cartridges soon,

I had almost given up on HP personal printers…this one was well-reviewed. It’s easier to set up than historical equipment and I like the print quality. the cartridges won’t break the bank. A decent home office printer…I’m happy with it.

I have sometimes had my HP cartridges refilled at discount office supply stores and have found that it pays to go ahead and purchase new cartridges!

What’s to say about ‘good old ink?’ Love the convenience of shopping and quick delivery by Amazon! Those cartridges empty sometimes without much warning.
