This package contains just the tri color cartridge, although there are packages that also include the black cartridge.

I don’t think so, I have used the product about 7 years now.

The specs say that the cartridge works in a 2700 series HP printer. Haven’t tried it since we have a 6000 series printer.

Since this is a question on an ink cartridge, and not a printer, it’s impossible to say if whatever printer you were looking at requires an HP account.

Better buy a lot. I’m sending this envy back to the store. I can’t replace xl ink cartridges every 20 pages I print. Absolute piece of garbage!

My guess would be a no! I believe you need 5055 ink cartridge!! I would double check on that though!!

Good value for this HP printer oridgenal XL INK. Will last a long time for someone that doesn’t print all the time. Using HP BRAND ink cartridges in your HP ink printer you never have to worry about the cartridge not fitting properly in place and not clogging your ink jets. I do not trust after market products to replace quality for sub quality. Protect you investment use authorized factory ink cartridges.

I print a fair number of things on my HP officejet printer because I enjoy the color and print quality and the regular ink cartridges quickly run out! The XL version prints somewhere between 2-3 times as many pages for less cost/page, fewer cartridges to recycle and inconvenience avoided. They are really the best way to go!

I’ve tried the knock-off brands often used in place of official HP ink cartridges, and they are no where near the quality of the real thing. Knock-off brands may be fine for professional office lazer jet printers, but for the inexpensive home ink jet printers, nothing compares to the real thing.

The ink cartridge is a good value for the money, and always easy to install. We always only buy HP cartridges, as my husband and I want cartridges that fit our HP printer. We have always been happy with the HP inks.

This is the ink our printer uses (Brother Inkjet HP) and the price is on point. No issues at all with the product or shipping. Definitely worth buying, especially since it is the same price as going into a large retailer.

What could I accomplish without my HP printer and inks? Not a whole lot. The world may be moving toward electronic-only filing, but we all need hard copies of important documents. I am thankful for the value of these HP inks and the “bang for my buck.” These XL cartridges last a long time and get the job done! Easy to reorder, as well.

This cartridge was just as advertised. I print a lot of stuff for my Sunday School and Awana classes so I need ink cartridges that work well. These print very clear, they’re easy to install and they are reasonable priced.

Originally I ordered these printer ink cartridges when I began working from home 2 years ago, since Amazon almost always had these in stock. Since I lost my job I continue to order because of the great price!

I appreciate the speed of delivery for me as a prime customer and not having to run all over. The store that I bought the printer at didn’t have the cartridges they were sold out and so I knew that I could get them very quickly because from the store I checked with the app on my phone to make sure that I could get them from Amazon.

Matched what was included in the trial package from the printer. However the black didn’t match & was replaced. My suggestion would be to check to see if the copper dots match. If not, return it because it won’t work.
