The fact that you bought this means that other things will be plugged into it. Refrigerators can pull quite a bit of current. If your fridge says it uses 15 amps it will likely pull a little more when the compressor first turns on. When a motor starts there is a surge to get it started, and then it evens out close to what it’s rated for. Outlets and electrical wire are spec’d out for these initial surges.
It is ETL listed # 5002850.
125V. Thank you for your attention.
Yes, there is a switch on the top to control the night light.
Don’t know what that is. I just plugged it in and my appliances. I needed the outlets on the sides for large plug for phone and echo. And was able to use another outlet.
Yes, this outlet extender has an electrical rating of 125VAC/15A/1875W.
I have no clue what you are asking. I have only had this approximately 2 months. I don’t know what "clamping voltage" is. You must have had my review confused with someone else’s. All I know is it works great.
No reset button
No only the nightlight can be put in the off position and not trying to be funny if you want to turn it off just unplug it
I would guess a file or thin hacksaw blade or a dremel tool it’s what I use to use on my train sets.
It could mean that the surge protection circuit is bad or just simply a burned out LED? Did it work when it was new? If so, it may mean that you had enough surge on your electrical grid to burn it out?
Absolutely, it’s really an extender with multiple access points!
The sensor light automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn in a second.
It’s basically an extension cord…without the cord…
Mine is installed in the garage where it is on 24 hours per day. 6 months with no flicker.

Well, we have a travel trailer without electricity in the slide out. And they do not exactly put the plugs in the perfect places in all of them. So, I got this and another specialized extension to get some electricity to the slide out. This is nice in that it just plugs in and provides plugs “at an angle” to the wall. Tied to a flatish plug in it works well for what I bought it for. The nightlight thing was a pleasant surprise along with a manual shut off and when hooked up, provides the perfect floor lighting in the trailer for dead of night. And if it bugs you turn it off. The computer cord hook ups were just like and extra bennie on it, but always nice…
I have an electric water flosser and toothbrush plugged in by my sink but also plug in a night light at night. I have used a multi-plug extender in the past but it was large and heavy, so I just switched the flosser out for the night light each night before going to bed. Needless to say this got old quick and I knew they made slimmer extenders now, so I searched on Amazon to find a slim extender that would allow me to keep all 3 plugged in together. To my surprise, I found this product which included a built-in nightlight! Wow. This is perfect. Although I could plug in the flosser, toothbrush and nightlight with this, I no longer need the nightlight! 🙂 I love the angled design. Only small caveat to be aware of…the plastic “pole” sticking out on the back below the plug apparently is to slide into the ground hole of the bottom outlet. However, it didn’t quite reach mine b/c it is a GFCI outlet with a tad more space b/t top and bottom outlets (for TEST/RESET buttons). I simply used a hack saw to cut it off and filed it smooth. Presto. A nice flush fit now. I highly recommend this product. Love it.
Love the angles of plus for better use and versatility. The usb really is a quick charge!
I have a lot of electrical items that need plugging in at my office but I dislike the look of long outlet extenders. This takes up much less space & has the added benefit of a nightlight. I also needed the protection of a surge protector since my computer & other pricy equipment are plugged into it. Since it’s white it blends right into my outlet & there are no wires to trip over. It’ll be great to have while traveling since it’s not only an extended outlet holder but is good for USB as well. All in all , I’m very pleased I bought it.
Bought this because the ONLY outlet in our bathroom was a standard wall
2 outlet model. and I wanted to plug in more appliances
Toothbrush, Waterpick, heater, and a nightlight.
The outlets work as expected. USBs, Not used them.
Nightlight provides lots of light, but not too much. does not kill night vision.
It plugged into my 2 plug outlet, and was quite firm. No issues
Several of the outlets in the place have been worn out from years of usage and it will take lots of $$ to replace worn-out wall outlets. I got very tired of swapping out devices from the single working outlet in the walls of this house and I didn’t want to use those power strips on the small counter, so when I saw this, I knew it was the solution I was seeking.
I also appreciate that it is not just a port replicator, but that it does (hopefully) do a proper job of doing surge protection.
So overall its a nice compact wall outlet replicator & surge protector with night light.
This is such a cool product! I purchased one for myself and subsequently bought two more as gifts for family. The angled design makes it easy to plug in multiple plugs without covering neighboring sockets. We can charge phones at the same time. I didn’t totally appreciate what others were trying to say about the dim light, but they were right; it puts off much less light than the average nightlight. For some people, that may be ideal. Overall, we’re thrilled with this unit!
Better then expected. The spaced outlets provide easy access for those larger than normal plugs. Much neater than what it replaced.
I am very pleased with this plug especially the night light. Just enough light so I can see my way to the bathroom but not too much that it wakes me up. The three USB outlets allow me to charge my phone and watch at the same time while I get ready in the morning.
Great for my air freshener plug in which goes above the outlet, and the plug for light with mini transformer which goes downwards. The USB ports near the top make switching them out more accessible (if you have to, there are 3). I like the angled sockets on the side so that you don’t have to have all of the cords sticking out from the wall, but rather along the wall.
