I got 2 pack for less than $12. One worked for 3 days another for 2 days. I always wonder why do we Americans blame Alibaba for selling fake items when Amazon is doing the same thing.
I miss Radioshack like stores. I want to buy Panasonic stuff from Panasonic store Not from third party on Amazon.
We’ve had our Panosonic cordless phone set for more than 9 years. We’ve changed the batteries for the first time less than 2 months ago. BTW, we purchased genuine Panosonic batteries. All 4 hand sets are in very good condition.
I don’t know about HHR-P103. What are the specs? This HHR-P104a is a rechargeable Ni-MH, 3.6V, 830mAh for a Panasonic phone with 5.8GHz 2.4GHz range. On the back of the package, it lists the Panasonic model numbers that it will work with: KX-FPG391, TG2302, TG2312, TG2313, TG2314, TG2322, TG2335, TG2336, TG2343, TG23… I don’t know about HHR-P103. If you can find your model number in there, then it ought to work. (I take no responsibility for any typos that might be in that list, so double check!)
I hope that helps somehow.
It depends on what kind of battery your purchasing.
I do not see any slot, but it does not mean that the slot has to be there for the battery to work.
I don’t remember as I bought it over a year ago. But it does work fine in my phone
Hi, I would think so, but can’t say for sure. In any event, if you order one that’s sold or "fulfilled by Amazon", there should be no problem returning it if it’s doesn’t work. Hope this helps.
why is my phone getting hot?
No
I bought the Panasonic Brand HHR-P104 batteries and have only used them for a few months, so I can’t tell you how long they will last. My originals were on charge 100% of the time and they lasted for years. The reasons I replaced the batteries instead of getting new phones was that I like my old phone better.
Says "hhr-p104" on battery. No "a" or "b"
Hello, No they will not. This pack has 3 AAA batteries. You need 2 separate rechargeable Ni-Mh AAA separate batteries. RO3 size. The telephone number to call regarding the model # is 800 332-5368. the listed battery is HHR-4DPA
I don’t know what the letters signify. You might call the 800 Panasonic number. I wanted an authentic Panasonic battery for my telephone. I read too many bad reports about the generic batteries not lasting very long. I still believe you get what you pay for. The item I ordered was HHR-P104A/1B and it works fine.
We recommend you to use rechargeable Ni-MH batteries.
Info About Panasonic Cordless Telephone Battery (HHR-P104A) (Reviews From Amazon)
I have two portable Panasonic KX TG 5632 phones which I use for my business calls. My calls typically last for about one hour and it is disruptive to change handsets/headsets during a call. So I want a battery which holds its charge.
The last time I needed to replace these batteries was about 10 years ago. The old ones were starting to lose their ability to hold a charge.
The Panasonic HHR-P104A are specifically designed to fit my handset and have a rather long life. While these might cost a few dollars more, viewed over the life of the battery, they are probably a better bargain. I figure the cost is around $1 per year. I recharge when the battery is down to 1/3 and generally get abut 8 hours or more talk time from each charge. I do not leave the handset in the charge cradle as I find constantly recharging shortens the battery life.
I am very pleased with the Panasonic batteries.
These cost more than the off brands, however, they do function in the Panasonic cordless phone handsets the way the batteries should. Info display presents clear text when scrolling through full list, off brand drained quickly and presented greyed-out text most of the time. Usage life is greater than 30 minutes (longer talk times not yet tested), where the off brands struggled to provide this length. Value for money rating based on the fact that this battery supports use of the handset when one wants to use it. No negative issues yet encountered when charging these batteries. Recommended.
I’ve used several generations of Panasonic cordless phones and kept them long enough that the batteries required multiple replacements. Genuine Panasonic batteries were sometimes unavailable or outrageously expensive so I’ve used aftermarket batteries on occasion. Some of those claimed to fit my phones but didn’t quite. These Panasonic batteries fit perfectly and were within the same price ($12) as many of the off brands. Popular product with 1500 review, 94% 4 or 5 star. I’ll update my review if there are any charging or longevity issues but I don’t expect any. $12 for a battery that lasts 5 years is a good deal to me.
This has brought new life to an old (15+ years!) cordless phone. A few years ago, I bought a cheaper aftermarket battery for my Panasonic cordless phone. It barely held a charge in the beginning, and was useless after a few months. But my prior OEM Panasonic battery was a workhorse, and I expect this one to be great as well. I can leave the cordless phone off the charger for many days, and even though the phone is “on” (ringing when the land line rings), and I don’t need to place it back on the charger cradle for many (4-5) days! That is the mark of a good battery!
I have an older Panasonic cordless telephone that did not need this battery since it’s our land line and has really never been used that much since using our cell phones is easier (and less expensive for long distance), however my parents needed a new cordless phone and happened to pick up the same exact phone as mine for less than $5 at a yard sale 2 or 4 years ago without realizing the phones were exactly the same. Needless to say, they live in a home in an older neighborhood that has overhead telephone wires that will not allow them to use their cell phones clearly. For a few years I noticed that every time I called them the phone would go completely dead after talking only 10-15 minutes or so. I know this is just a battery, but my parents aren’t very tech savy and were looking at buying a new combined phone/recorder. I asked them about if they ever tried to replace the battery with a new one since they have had it, and they had not and said they wouldn’t know where to get the specific one anyway (they don’t trust shopping online). I told them to hold off and not buy a phone and I would take care of it. I ordered this and the price of this battery was so much less than the cost of a new phone that they really didn’t need! So .
When it comes to shopping for batteries I usually look for four things:
1. Are the batteries “real / OEM” batteries as advertised and not cheap copies,
2. Do the batteries come in their factory sealed packages,
3 Are the batteries fresh and not old stock.
4. Are the batteries sold by a reputable seller with similar sales and satisfied customers.
Well, I purchased these batteries from the seller “Good as New Electronics,” they were shipped fast, were the “real thing” and arrived in factory sealed Panasonic packaging, and appeared to be newer stock. Upon charging / use, they worked as they should and held a charge just like the others have over the years. I have owned the same phone system that uses these batteries for ten years, so I can tell when they are working properly!
With all those criteria met, I can only give a 5 star review! These batteries from “Good as New Electronics” are as advertised!
Thanks for reading.
I have a older Panasonic landline cordless phone that I love because of it’s features. I had bought a replacement battery that was not a Pansonic battery and it was dead again in six months. I decided to try again with an OEM battery. I have had this battery for 6 months and the power it provides is rock solid.
Also this seller had it at my home 18 hours after I ordered. Darn near folding time in shipping terms.
I highly recommend seller and product.
These are used in the handsets for my cordless phone system. We have three handsets and these batteries seem to last forever. I am always sure to get genuine Panasonic batteries since I don’t trust the no name replacements. It worth the slight extra cost to get this kind of long life
I installed the battery in the phone and put the phone in its’ cradle to charge, as another reviewer recommended that you fully charge the battery before using it. Within a second or two the screen reported the battery was “fully charged!” The battery was delivered fully charged! Wow! I thought I would get something that had been on a shelf forever. You might say, “Someone charged it before sending it out.”, but you would be wrong. The plastic packaging was sealed tight and had not been disturbed. The battery was absolutely fresh from the manufacturer. The phone has been operating normally ever since. This is a top quality battery!
I will do an update should anything change.
Someone just asked for dimensions. It is 1-1/4″ wide by 2-1/8″ long. The photo raises questions because it is distorted.
I have a 7 year old 5.8 ghz phone. Battery lasts about a day tops. I have tried the phillips replacement and it made no difference. So then I returned that and bought some new DECT 6 phones. They all are poor performers so I wanted to keep this phone but have a phone that lasts more than a day. So I bought this OEM replacement- by the way its orange not green. I bought one first to make sure it works and it does the phone has lasted for a week and a half so i ordered another one for the other phone. I would recommend trying this option for 9.50 bucks defintely worth the chance. Some people it may not work if the phone is damaged, it could have to do with the phone and not the battery if it cuts out. My phone would cut out but with the new battery it does not do this anymore. (it would lose connection to base) probably due to battery losing power then getting it back.
