You take the screw out of the plug cover and screw it in there. Depending on how many plugs you use at one time, you’ll want to do it. Also there’s no reason to break off the stabilizing pin either. It only plugs in one way. I love it.

When I moved into my new townhouse, it had everything I wanted. The bathroom has a large bathroom with double sinks, so my wife and I don’t have to do the hip bump to jockey for the mirror every morning. However, there was only one outlet in this large bathroom. One! It forced to us to plug and unplug our electronic bathroom accessories when we needed to use them.
So I looked for a safe, multi outlet extender to solve the problem. This Beshon 9 outlet extender was more than I hoped for. Most importantly, it has a surge protector, I feel confident using the hair dryer. I also have my Amazon Echo Dot, a fan,a shaver and toothbrush charger plugged into it. After a month, I haven’t experienced a single issue. The USB ports allow me to charge my iPod while I play music while I’m in the shower. This thing has it all! My only disappointment is I wish the plugs were spaced a little further apart, but that’s minor compared to the issues it’s resolved for my wife and I. I’m definitely going to buy another one for my living room.

I have this installed at the end of the kitchen counter were we have an outlet that powers a coffee maker and electric kettle and next to a step-on garbage can. Before this device, the power cords were constantly getting in the way of the trash can lid opening and closing. Now that’s all fixed without having to mount cable management and with the addition of adding some much needed USB jacks.

One of the criteria for choosing this multi outlet was the option to be able to screw it to the outlet to properly secure it.

Plugged in and has been in use since it arrived. Has held up nicely so far. I did unplug it to bring with me on a trip so I can vouch for throwing one in the suitcase or travel bag in case you need plugs additional outlets. I used it in the airport and shared with a few other travelers.

We bought this wall outlet surge protector because we got a sleep number be, which needed to be plugged in with a surge protector. We also needed to keep other things (phone, clock, CPAP, cell phones) plugged in too. This wall outlet surge protector has many outlets on 3 sides, plus two USB slots for cell phones, yet doesn’t take up much space. Overall, we’re happy with this purchase and recommend the product.

I searched forever before I found this narrow outlet surge protector that I could use on an outlet that is placed so close to a wall that a standard outlet surge protector would not fit. This outlet is great with all the plugs, two USB ports, and even a C port! I would highly recommend this even if you don’t need a narrow outlet surge protector.

Perfect for what we were looking for. We needed additional plugs behind the bed plus USB charging slots. This is perfect fit, still allows access to the other 2 plugs on the 4 plug outlet while adding in everything we need.

This outlet extender surge protector has a variety of features and fulfilled my needs. The narrow size was just right for the area I had.

When I moved my TV I had an outlet installed behind it so the cords would be hidden. Two plugs weren’t enough so this is great!
