Well, if your center strip works, then the power strip is fitting properly into the wall socket and you don’t have any issues with your main electrical.
If it were me, I’d send it back and re-order another one, either from POWSAV or someone else. … Well, if your center strip works, then the power strip is fitting properly into the wall socket and you don’t have any issues with your main electrical.

There isn’t an easy way to say this, but, all of mine on the strip work.

Info About Power Strip with 8 Feet , Surge Protector with 18 Outlets and 4 USB Ports, Black (Reviews From Amazon)
I got all kinds of crap I need to plug in at the house here. While searching the virtual market of the Amazon I seen this power cord. Soon as I seen it I said hallelujah thanks to the heavens. Finally a product that gave me a dangerously amount of Tangled cords that I could hook into one place! I was really excited I purchased the cord ASAP. Now I have a complete Tangled mess behind my television set not knowing which cord goes where. The good news is I can keep buying tons of electronic items and I still have a place to plug it in!!!
The main reason I went with this particular power strip over others that share the same features is the long cord length. I needed a cord length longer than the standard 3 or 4 feet.
Once the power strip arrived and I started plugging a few things in I was very appreciative of how far the plugs are spaced apart from each other. So often you have two or three large plugs and those plugs take up so much space that you can’t plug in a normal plug and they take up all the space. The outlets along the sides are spaced out as such that this isn’t an issue. Then there are the USB plugs built in to the power strip and that minimizes the plugs or adapters you will need using this strip.
Excellent product.
This is great! I used command strips and mounted this to the wall under my desk. I work from home and have three monitors, two laptops, a docking station, and all my headsets, phones, ipads, connected and it works so well. I love the USB ports and I was able to finally organize the nest of cords under my desk! I have two strips, but I needed another one for all the awkwardly shaped charging bricks. I appreciate that the outlets are going different directions, so you can make all those plugs fit much easier. This would work for traveling, but this is a big boy and would take up some room in your suitcase, but if you have a ton of people and devices, this is probably worth it. For stationary uses, this is the solution!
I work in Information technology. This means I use a lot of electricity requiring a lot of outlets – specifically for two computers and five monitors, plus numerous other things. This power strip no only offers a great cord length (I got the 6’ one) but 3 USB and 1 USB C outlets. These are so convenient. Have not had an issue yet, and this thing has a fairly intensive electrical load on it. Love it! Would recommend.
Review for POWSAV Surge Protector with 18 Outlets and 4 USB
Mine looks just like the images. The USB C outlet is really convenient for charging my phone. I bought this for the three-direction layout of the outlets (as displayed in the picture). It’s pretty wide compared to ordinary surge protectors. But that should be obvious given the number of outlets.
Nothing fancy, I’m happy with the quality and appearance. It matched my expectations when I purchased it.
This is a good power strip. Nothing fancy. I do like how the outlets are arranged on it so you can fit various plugs into it that aren’t your standard size etc. Cord is quite long too if that’s something you’re looking for.
I love how thin this is. It’s pretty big, and having it be low profile helps make it seem smaller than it is. I’ve had it for about a month, and so far no issues.
The media could not be loaded. I’m working from home and currently using a lot of outlets. This is a great option for organizing the electric mess.
With all the appliances that we have that need charging it has become very difficult to find a plug in the house for all the stuff. I used this one in my artist space where I need a lot of light. I have three lights that are always plugged in. One of them is a Google plug so the large number of outlets makes it easy to accommodate a bigger box for a plug.
One of the metrics for the Power Strip was portability for travel. It’s really too big to travel with since it is heavy and bulky.
I use it for all of my audio visual needs. With all of the outlets that it has, I’m able to hook up my TV, my blue ray players and my game systems. It was reasonably priced (I got it on sale) and I appreciate it greatly. It works great and gives me peace of mind. I don’t have to worry that a lightning strike will take out my TV and stuff. I get new suppressor every year so I like that it has a guarantee, very nice.
