sorry, I don’t know what a roku stick is….but the remote that came with my roku tv shot craps and this one works very well.

After our toddler apprehended our Roku TV remote for the hundredth time and finally killed it, we ordered this replacement. It was an excellent choice. It arrived quickly without issue. I was immediately impressed with the quality. I feel that it has held up better than the original remote that came with our Roku TV. We have velcroed this one to the wall in an attempt at avoiding toddler induced abuse, and although she has gained access to it on multiple occasions, I believe this one will last for an extended duration.

Our 5-year-old trashed the last remote, so I ordered this as a replacement. Put in the batteries and it works perfectly. That’s good enough for me!

So I buy this really nice smart TV from the pawnshop, perfect condition everything is great.. but the kids( aka it wasn’t me) broke the remote before I had an opportunity to use it. I found the perfect replacement on Amazon it shipped quickly and I didn’t have to program it… I popped in some batteries and turned the television off with the remote turned it back on and it worked instantly no issues no troubles it was perfect.

The replacement remote is not exactly the same as the one that came with my TV but it works really well. There were no issues getting it going immediately. I am impressed with it. Now we have two working remotes and couldn’t be happier with them. I would buy another from this company if we ever need one. I also appreciated how quickly they answered questions I had.

Once I installed the 2 AAA batteries (not included) , the remote was ready to use. No pairing or programming needed. Exactly like the original remote. Now my hubby and I each have one and don’t have to be fighting for the remote.

I bought a 65” TCL tv as a Black Friday return. I got better than Black Friday price on it but while setting up I immediately understood why the tv was returned. The remote with the set had a damaged d-pad and no matter what selection you pressed, the darn remote would select right!!!

Arg, got in on this remote from amazon and pure accuracy! Just as good quality also setting up was dummy proof level easy!

Popped the batteries in it and it works with my TV. For some reason the remote with TV started going bad and bleeding out the batteries. This one is perfect replacement. The direct buttons changed though (Netflix, Hulu, Sling and Vudu instead of Amazon Prime), go figure! Great value at low cost.

Since this doesn’t come with instructions (as listed in the info), I wasn’t quite sure what would be involved in setup.
I put batteries in, and tried it, and it worked! Feels slightly different than my original Roku TV remote, but works the same. And more importantly, I know where it is!

I have a love-hate relationship with Roku. I love their online interface – it’s clean, simple and responsive. But, their remotes aren’t – they’re finicky and have to be pointed directly at the IR on the TV (I have a TCL tv with Roku). They always end up failing. This one was no exception – 7 months and non-responsive. Tried the usual repairing and got nowhere, so now had to use my phone app as a remote. Annoying. This new remote arrived, I inserted the batteries, aimed it and the TV and Voila! it worked! Not only did it work, but it seems to work if it’s aimed in the general direction of the tv – must smoother operation. And it felt much more sturdy. Buy it – you won’t be sorry. Just wish that Roku would include this remote rather than the junk they provide. For under 7 bucks you’ll be doing a happy dance.

I love these remotes–so much so that I have purchased EIGHT of them! You know who *really* loves them though? My dog. She loves them because they are delicious and SO fun to chew up. I love them because they are inexpensive, work great, and automatically connect to our TV with no extra programming required. I always keep a spare on hand for when Poppy decides she needs a remote more than I do., because I love them *that* much.
