If you’re a parent that likes to outfit their baby in cute, fun, unique, and environmentally-friendly clothing, then this pacifier teether is the product for you. Ryan & Rose Cutie PAT Pacifier Teether is made almost entirely of silicone, which makes it BPA-free and lightweight and easy to clean. The teether’s flashing LEDs make it fun for babies to play with, and the plastic teether tray snaps easily on and off, making it super convenient.
Facts About Ryan & Rose Cutie PAT Pacifier Teether (Starter Kit, Alloy)
Most all pacifiers and baby products say that or not to use unsupervised. It is just to cover themselves because anything can happen. My son however, sleeps with his every single night!
It’s hard to know exactly, because each baby is different. Many babies who have loved and haven’t loved the soothie have loved the soothie. The PATpat has a softer nipple, which makes it easier for babies to suck.
Yeah, I’ve had trouble with returns on amazon with them as well.
Hi, The Cutie PAT Bulb is made for babies without teeth. Once the baby gets teeth, we offer the Cutie PAT Stage 2 and Flat. Thanks!
No! They are free of latex, BPA, and phthalates. Made with 100% medical grade silicone.
I always boiled it and it was just fine so yes it is safe to clean that way!
They’re designed in the USA, made in China.
My almost 12 month old loves it!! We got it when she was about 9 months and we had previously used the soothie and she had no problem adjusting except finding a new way of putting her finger down the center.
Stage 2 is already out, try their website
Stage 1 is meant for babies with no teeth so the only difference is the thickness of the nipple!
Black will very soon, but mint will not. It was a limited edition color. We release two new limited edition colors each month on our website.
I’m not sure how the nookems attachment works. The handle on this cutie pat pacifier is pretty skinny like the nuk pacifier so I’m sure it would attach like I see the nuk pacifier attached in pics online. Good luck
Yes, the Cutie PAT is made of USA medical grade silicone.
The Cutie PAT is US CPSC compliant and FDA approved, designed in the USA and made in China.

Info About Ryan & Rose Cutie PAT Pacifier Teether (Starter Kit, Alloy) (Reviews From Amazon)
The media could not be loaded. Seriously the BEST invention! My 5 month did not take a pacifier and didn’t really know how to suck on them. With teething tho he needed some extra comfort and he was not finding it in any pacifiers loved the teething rings but they were too big for his mouth. The PATpat is sooooo soft and squishy he loves playing with it, chewing munching on it like a teether and when he needs comfort sucking on it as well. The color and design is so beautiful. That heart emoji was literally Henry’s face the first 20 seconds of using the PATpat
I really like this paci. My son has been only interested in the blue or green Philips avent paci that the hospitals use for his full 19 months but would chew through them. This paci is shaped EXACTLY like those but is made like a teether so he can’t chew though it and potentially choke on the part he bit off. Also this paci is cuter. He loves the big size and handle.
Another reason this is so great for us is bc my son likes his paci to clip on him asy night so he doesn’t lose it. But the clips get so gross as do nub-a- wubs. I stuck a baby toy link thru the big ring and then put the link through the zipper cover on his pjs. It’s perfect!
Soooo.. after trying legitimately 10 different brands of pacifiers for my baby who desperately wants to suck on something all the time but his fist won’t fit in his mouth.. I swore I wasn’t going to keep trying..he would gag, retch and scream at ALL the pacifiers except the MAM ones but he would just chew on them and I felt uneasy about the water that would get caught inside.. and the good ‘ole green soothies.. he would OCCASIONALLY suck on them but mostly chew and he could never hold onto them in his mouth… I saw people comparing the Patpats to the soothies and I loved that they are one piece and are made for chewing!!! My three month old who is still learning to grasp things in his hands can actually hold the teething end and awkwardly shove the other side in his mouth.. he still won’t suck on it(just viciously gums it) but it’s the best one yet!! I have hope he will eventually suck on it! I didn’t have hope before the Patpat!
P.S. I saw another commenter talk about the smell of these…. They smelled delightful!! Another pro because my baby hated the smells to some of the pacifiers I would try. . Not this one!!
These are probably the highest quality silicone pacifiers I’ve ever seen…. I was debating on getting these or the Itzy Ritzy ones (since those ones are half the price for a 2 pack) …. but honestly, the quality difference is insane. The silicone Ryan and Rose is made out of is a strong but soft-touch feeling silicone. Also, the fact that these can double as a teether is AMAZING. You don’t have to worry about carrying around a million things with you… all you need is to use a pacifier clip (Ryan and Rose also does those EXTREMELY well) and make sure this paci is clipped to their shirt/onesie and you’re good to go! Whether they want to suck on the paci or chew on the teether is up to them and you don’t have to worry about it at all! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I REALLY wanted my baby to love this pacifier. I like this company & what they stand for. The entire concept of a pacifier/teether in one is perfect. One piece and easy to clean is a huge plus! I guess I tried to switch too late in the game since my 2 month old wants nothing to do with this cutie PAT. He is used to Bibs brand and because the nipples are so different I think that’s why he doesn’t like it. Would love to see more color choices and different nipple shapes for the cutie PATs! For now I’ll just have to get my Ryan and Rose fix with their adorable cutie clips! 😜
I never expected to buy the “pinterest” $12 pacifier for my baby. But here I am! It is a good quality paci and really cute.
My boy is breastfed, but I have a major oversupply so I try to get him to take a paci instead of nurse when he is already full to help prevent his awful tummy aches. The problem with this is he hates pacifiers! I tried all the ones from the store with no luck. Out of desperation I ordered this. I won’t lie and say he loves it, but he tolerates it sometimes which is a huge improvement! I’ve ordered 2 now and I think it’s because the whole paci is that soft silicone material. No hard plastic pressing against his mouth and nose.
It’s also very similar to the advent soothie which he originally liked in the NICU but decided to hate when we got home.
My baby has become super picky about nipples. He was in the NICU for a week and started out with a pacifier and took to it so well and suddenly stopped (as well as with bottles). He is breastfed but since I work he takes it from the bottle on certain days (and boy was that fun to figure out bottles) that said we were left to find a paci. We tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING I don’t want to think about the $$$ we have put into pacifiers at this point. But we stumbled upon this one and it has become his favorite thing. he takes it no problem and has begun teething and when he’s done sucking on it will pull it out and start chewing on it…. the best part is that the whole thing is a teether and he loves to just gnaw on the entire thing!!! Thank you so much!!! It has a shorter nipple then any other pacifier out there which I think also helps!
these have been a must have for my daughter since she was born – currently 16mo. It kills me that they’re more expensive, leave it to my kid to be bougie with her pacifier choices but, they have stood the test of time so far! We’ve had the same 3 since she came home from the hospital. A close second that is very similar is the Itzy Ritzy brand if anyone would like a comparable option. I send the IR with her to the sitter – if they do get lost it doesn’t hurt quite as much haha but she MUCH prefers the R&R and fights me daily to switch them when getting out of the vehicle.
OBSESSED is an understatement. I used to use the soothie pacifier with my first child. This time around, my newborn did not want the soothie, so we tried the PATpat from the reviews I’ve seen and said it was worth a shot.
BEST PACIFIER HANDS DOWN.
My son loves this thing. I have a charcoal and a black LE PATpat. I will be purchasing more, especially since now my husband can see how much our son enjoys it. He won’t think I’m just buying them to buy them, because come on, they are so cute.
I watch Lindsey’s live videos every time she pops up on my Instagram feed and I’m always entering in their little challenges they do! I love this brand so much and they are so personable. They will write little hearts with their initials so you know who’s packed it, and their packaging is another WOW. So minimalist but so gorgeous. Just what I love.
If you are on the market for a new pacifier or just your first one, you should buy a PATpat!
I was on the hunt for a pacifier my two month old baby would actually like and take. We had tried a different brand when we first introduced the pacifier to her and though she liked it, she had a hard time keeping it in her mouth and overtime started to refuse to take it. I had heard good things about the Ryan and Rose brand so I bought a few different styles to try. The slant was the absolute winner! She took it immediately and still loves it to this day! This is much easier for her to keep in her mouth without it falling out nearly as often as the other brand we tried. The style is adorable and the quality is fantastic. I’m so glad we found this pacifier as it has been the clear winner out of all the styles and brands tried. Hooray for the slant!
