The cord was completely twisted and useless before I inserted the detangler. I thought that my original cord would have to be replaced but, after inserting the detangler, there was no need. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is tethered to a phone with a cord attached.

Keeps my phone cord from getting tangled, which drives me crazy. The fit isn’t perfect into the headset so it can be a little choppy but you get used to just pressing it in when you pick up the receiver pretty quickly.

I bought this to replace a cord that continually got tangled and was very frustrating. This cord works perfectly and does not tangle or catch on itself. Very nimble and pliable, just what I was looking for!

I bought this to use at work because of the frequency that I use my phone. They work great for about a month and a half to 2 months. After that they start crackling and it sounds like you have a bad cord. Great concept, poor design.

I liked the fact the cord detangler and the replacements cords were included for one price. Received the order next day.
