Squirting toys are a favorite on sensory play trays for babies. The variety of textures and colors appeal to babies as they explore the toys on their own. They also delight babies with sounds created by a simple squeeze. The Disney Finding Nemo baby bath squirt toys are adorable, each featuring their own Nemo character. As little ones play and squeeze each Nemo toy, they hear the familiar sounds associated with Nemo, learning to recognize the characters. Each Nemo bath squirt toy has squirt sound effects, fun textures to explore, and a suction cup on the base. The suction cup base will keep the bath squirt toy in your baby’s reach, encouraging them to explore the toys on their own. Hi. Actually my 5 year old enjoys playing with them at bath time. She wanted a ” waterproof” Ariel. This was perfect!
It’s a softer plastic. You can squeeze them. Same material as a rubber ducky or a similar bath toy.
While you can squeeze all of the water out it is still wet in the inside and will mildew over time. I wash ours with some bleach water sucked inside and allowed to sit for 5 minutes or so. It’s very good quality. My granddaughter simple loves them
well… i dont know. BUT these critters keep water inside… so.. there could be a mildew problem. I did not keep them for my grand baby
I bought this item for my granddaughter for her bath tub. I don’t see why they can’t be used in a fish tank, just clean them regularly.
I would check to see if they have a warning on the package that says that it contains a known substance that has shown to cause cancer in California. or I would contact the company that makes them. Wish I could give you a better answer. Sorry.
I wouldn’t recommend for a baby since they put everything inside their mouth as the toys have a hole in them because they are water toys and could start building mold inside.
yes
Any age, from newborn as teethers to 10 or 12, or until when the kiddo is done with bath toys which could be never
I do believe they came inside the box with the tub.

These are cute little bath squirters. If you want them to last longer, convert them to non-squirting toys by using hot glue to seal the holes. That will make them so they float and can be played with in the tub, but won’t mold on the inside, as squirting toys tend to do. They came in a little mesh bag.
I bout this set because I plan on using Ariel as a cake topper. It’s the perfect size and I think it will work great! I gave Sebastian and flounder to my 6 month old daughter to play with and she loves eating on them so it worked out great for me. I will update this with a photo of the cake after I finish it.
Bought these for pool time with the grand-kids.
Pros:
* Cute. All three are cute, not just the Mermaid, and my grandson will like them as well as my granddaughter.
* They squirt, which all kids love. (* see cons)
* They float, which all kids love. (* see cons)
* They feel good in the hand, not some icky plastic. Feels sturdy and clean.
Cons:
* Squirting is gonna need a fairly strong hand. I found it harder to fill than expected, and equally hard to squirt.
The sturdy nature of the plastic means a hard squish to collapse it, & It has to be squished to fill it with water, and squished to squirt the water, so Not sure all little ones will have that strength. (I’ll teach mine to step on it to fill, but they’re gonna need to work at it to squirt.
* The 2 critters squirt from the mouth, so if full, they squirt well. (doesn’t squirt once the water is below the mouth line.) The Mermaid, however, does not squirt well at all. Her squirt hole is in the side of her head, so pretty useless as a squirter, except upside down.
* These do float, but the Mermaid is not going to float upright. I obviously don’t care, but little girls might. I think mine will likely never let hers go, so it won’t really matter, but just a head’s up.
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for adults too! My only complain is Dory & Nemo don’t stay on their belly’s. They only float on their sides.
UPDATE….
Because I keep mine in my hot tub which has chlorinated water, I have not had an issue with any mold whatsoever. Those of you that are having that issue, maybe try rinsing with bleach water after use before letting air dry??? I’m glad I don’t have that problem cuz these are way too cute to cut up and throw away.
My grandbabygirl is almost two, and she loves, loves, loves watching Puppy Dog Pals. She also loves somewhat-squishy toys that she can hold in her hands and carry around.
I’m the her Nanny P, and I love, love, love finding and sending her things that make her happy. She is my joy.
I was initially going to find some Rolly and Bingo pillow-type stuffies, but when I saw these I knew that they would be perfect for her! They’re not so small that she could choke on them, are very sturdy rubber, and have a hole in them so they can be squirty tub-toys, too.
She love them, takes them with her all over the place, and they are indestructible (if there’s no dog in your house).
Highly recommend.
I have many bathtub toys I’ve collected and used w my children and grandchildren. These 3 characters from Finding Nemo are particularly fun because they’re have happy faces, they’re oversized, soft, colorful and they bring the ocean in the tub. Play, learn n smile!
12/14/16. Still enjoying these!
Our son was 5 months when he really started to notice these in the tub and when bath time is done he gets to pick one to play with while he’s getting lotioned up and clothed. They also come in handy when in teething mode (with close supervision). He seems to favor Nemo and Squirt. As others have noted, you really should make sure these are squeezed out after every bath to remove as much moisture as possible but using a baby-safe sanitizer after bath time might not be a bad idea. Flooding them with vinegar and water and shake vigorously/let sit for about an hour would do nicely. I’ve also heard of some people using a hot glue gun to seal the holes on these kinds of toys but we enjoy them too much the way they are =).
I purchased the finding Nemo squirt toys as stocking stuffers for my 11 month old and she went crazy for them. She really likes fish so I knew she would enjoy these. The toys are made surprisingly well, they look just like the characters. These are her new favorite bath toys. If you’re looking for some cheap toys for bath time I would definitely recommend these.
These are great little toys! My son is obsessed with the turtle (Squirt), to the point where “turtle” was his third word. He loves chewing on all of them, but especially on the turtle’s fins. This is our second time buying, because we let them go into the bath and Nemo got moldy inside. Note: As with any of these little rubber toys, they will get moldy if you submerge them in water over and over and do not clean them properly. This time I will be more vigilant at cleaning them with a water and vinegar solutiom after they go into the bath tub!
These are great tub toys and he loved them. Kept him occupied for almost the prune stage.
Each little Character spewed water bubbles except the Dory. Dory however, was easy for him to hole. He is 9 months old.
I pop them in the dishwasher and they steam dry and are ready to go.
No safety issues as far as I can tell.
They also look cute in a little basket with rolled washcloths. Pop them inside with their eyes up and they look adorable.
Conclusion
In summary, it can transform from a simple bathtub into a pool with the simple press of a button and also act as a great way to entertain your little one once you get them out of the tub. The toy is easy to clean and is made in the USA with non-toxic, BPA-free materials and BPA-free silicone.
