It will fit

Not an expert, but i hung my 65 inch Vizio. The bracket had several component options included for different styles of televisions.

This is a simple, straightforward, low-profile mount with a modest tilting ability. It’s been perfect for wall-mounting a large (77″) OLED screen.

Caveat: The included hardware – both the lag bolts and the shoulder bolts used to attach the mount to its extension – is metric (no serious complaints here: can we just go to metric for everything already??).

Thus you’ll need: A stud finder, a metric socket wrench set, a metric end-wrench set (if you want to assemble the mount to its extension), a drill and drill bits (to predrill pilot holes), and a pencil to mark mounting locations. Kit comes with everything else you’ll need, including a tiny bubble level that snaps onto the mount (we also used a larger level, just to be sure).

It took us about 2 hours for the entire project, mostly by being paranoid about measurements and stud locations. The horizontal alignment of this mount is not critical – especially with the extension installed, there’s plenty of horizontal “play” here – but you want to the the level and height of the mount absolutely correct.

The tilt adjustment on this mount is not adjustable post-install – it’s a pair of screws and nuts on each mounting rail requiring a wrench and screwdriver to tighten. However, it’s very easy to eyeball that adjustment prior to mounting. To adjust the tilt, you’d have to unhook the TV from the wall (like most mounts, very easy) first.

This product is pretty cool. It comes in a somewhat small box which made me think it was going to be small but after opening and putting together, it does what it says it will do. Sadly there’s not much exciting about a TV mount but it really is low profile! I was glad that all the hardware came marked for ease of putting it together. I was also glad it came with an HDMI cable cuz i’ve needed one of those for a while and hadn’t gotten around to going and getting it. I really like the feel of it as well. The paint on the metal feels really good. Overall really good value for the money!

After foolishly installing a omnidirectional mount into drywall causing cracking and bulging we decided to get serious and install a stud mounted flat mount on the wall. Assembling the mount was pretty simple. Finding the studs, drilling the holes and getting it all lined up took took much longer. One tip I learned about studs is to find a power outlet on your wall. Open the outlet and use a nail file or another long slim to dig around the outside of the box to figure out what side the stud is on. The using a tape measure, measure every 16” to see where your studs are. Use a nail to figure out where the edges of the stud are and aim for center of the stud. Finally, don’t try to drill the lag bolt in. Use an 8mm socket ratchet to put the bolt into the stud. Great product, lots of work and patience to install. Totally worth it.

So went to the big box stores, supposedly a :”Best Buy”, wanted a wall mount basic for a 65″ Samsung. Well the mounts they had were all about $85-130.. For a metal bracket. Came to Amazon after one of their salesman told me to check Amazon. Found this mount. The TV weighs about 45lbs, centered the mount on the wall. There are 2 sections to this mount while I did not need the 2 sections for the TV I actually ended up using it cause of course the studs in the wall would not allow the TV to be centered, this meant that the larger section would be mounted to the studs(outermost holes are exactly for 16″ on center studs) but my TV would sit slightly to the right on the wall. By attaching the extension and using the heavy duty sheetrock anchors and screws on the extension, I would be able to move the TV over 3″ to the left. Perfect installation. The mount allows slight tilt, which is perfect. For the price you cannot beat it. Just measure and remeasure to make sure you are on center horizontally and where you want it vertically. Use a level to ensure that the bracket will be level. I used a 3 way laser but not everyone would have one of these. Excellent bracket, inexpensive, easy to install if you can measure and drill. Once the bracket was installed I cut small openings in the sheet rock to run the wires on a seperate wall mount electrical box I also bought on Amazon. Perfect installation.

Very pleased with this product. Used it to mount 65″ flat screen. Unless you need a mount that swivels or telescopes, this will work magnificently, and for a fraction of what they cost in stores. Tilts slightly if you wish for your viewing preference. Otherwise it fits nice and close to the wall.

Installing this was not difficult. I am a 46 year old female, I installed it and hung the TV all by myself. The television is a 55 inch Samsung TV that weighs 30 pounds. Unfortunately my wooden studs were dab smack in the middle of the wall so I had to go to Lowe’s and buy two additional screws that match the black ones that came in the pack. I used the Lowes screws to drill in the bracket to the wood stud. I also purchased drywall anchors/toggler‘s and mounted four of those on the sides in the middle. I also use the concrete anchors that came in the packet and secured them on the edge of the bracket (see photo). So there are about 10 screws that has it anchored to the wall. I wanted to make sure it was up there nice and tight even if I hung from it. Did I sweat trying to hold the TV up in the air as high as it was, yes in deed! I am happy with my purchase and the price that I paid and would recommend this to anyone. The tilt is not extreme which is what I like. When I get ready for my next TV I will be purchasing this one again.

FYI – the bottom will snap and latch to the bracket so make sure when you are trying to hook it to tilt the bottom of the TV out. I struggled the first attempt because it wasn’t hooked in on both sides at the top and the one side that was hooked in latched at the bottom. Oh my goodness holding that TV with one arm and trying to pull to unlatch it was insane! Praying the whole time please don’t fall!

For whatever reason, my home was built with 24-inch spacing between studs. Since the standard is usually 16 it’s difficult to find things that hit two studs –especially important when you’re mounting a 60-inch tv to the wall! Although the company name is sort of funny, this TV mount is awesome! The sale picture shows that it includes, what appears to be a “torpedo level” but it only included a level tube in a tiny plastic shell; I used a 2ft level to ensure mine was installed level. It comes with tons of screws, washers, bolts, etc to ensure it fits your TV. It was also a great price. So far feels very sturdy and the quick-release pull cords to unmount the tv from the wall is incredibly handy when you’re trying to dust.

This cheap mount is pretty awesome. It works just as well as the $35 one I got at a home improvement store. It’s light but once fastened correctly on the wall it can easily hold my 45” tv.

Great mount. When you first look at it you kind of scratch your head and say “it’s just gonna be strong enough”. Well it works on my 65 inch Samsung just fine. If I had one complaint I wish it was a little wider in case your studs are not where they need to be on the wall. All in all a great value amount. The tilt action is nice as well.

We were in need of a TV mount to install our 60″ VIZIO tv onto our bedroom wall. I wanted to do the job immediately so i looked at Walmart and BestBuy for a wall mount. Not only do they have a small selection to choose from, but the prices are almost 5x the cost of this one!! no brainer in my opinion. the instructions included are very straight forward if you have ever mounted a slim tv mount before. we are running one of these in our bedroom as well as above the fire place in our living room. The original one we purchased has been going on 5 years with no issues what-so-ever. the only thing i would say is a negative is that since the tv mount is so slim, you will need a slim plug in cord if you have an outlet behind the TV. if you just try to plug in the tv into the outlet, the tv mount is so slim, that the back of the tv hits the plug and will damage it. all slim tv mounts require this though, so it was not a big deal. Also, it has these little pull cords that you can use to unhinge the tv from the mount, which is very convenient, but the hand down below the tv and it looks bad, its also a pain to figure out how to hide them, wish they were a little shorter. all in all, great slim tv mount for the money
