2 ways to charge, first i recommend the charging base, when the base is wired, the bottom light on. When the headset is put in the right place and charged, the top indicator will turn green.

The setup of the Trucker Bluetooth Headset was patiently set up with the outstanding Amazon Customer Service Rep could not have been more patient and help in helping tether the sidetone function with the computer. We were on the phone for hours. When Vonztek-Direct representative contacted me with their version of outstanding customer service I was completely impressed and satisfied. Their response to the sidetone issue was to send an upgraded headset…why? Because they could offer quality service in record time. They had up to three (3) days to reply yet then reached out with 24-hours. The seamless quality from Amazon agent to them will make me continue to tell others AND to communicate this review to you! Great audio and color and instructions are necessary for products, however, people don’t have to be nice…BUT THEY ARE! Who send an upgraded device to my question? Vonztek, that’s who!!! Very nice headset with a sturdy base. One note, you must use the included USB-A to USB-C cable or else the base will not work. Beside this weird quirk, this is a great unit.

I love these head phones.!! And when the first set I ordered was too large for me and returned them—this vendor went OUT OF HIS WAY—not just a refund for the first set, but sending me a smaller set gratis.
We have had time issues and delayed trying to tackle setting up the new and smaller set. Well, they do fit. Now we are unable to get the headphones to “pair” with my set up, phone etc.
I am very sad that I am still not going to be able to use these specially sent headphones.

Sound quality – check – since they’re only one ear, they really aren’t intended for listening to music, but for what they are, they sound fine
Voice prompts (power on/off, pairing) – check

My only complaint is the headband could stand to be more adjustable. The end opposite the headset curves in significantly and presses into my head a bit. If that end could be inserted into the padded part (it’s immovable), it would fit perfectly.

USB Headset

In my eternal quest to find a headset that works for me, I took a chance and ordered this headset…

TESTING: This device paired directly with my iPhone and MacBook Pro (OSX Monterey) just fine. I tested the USB on an old Windows 10 laptop and it worked fine, too.

PROS:
– Ear pad and head band are very comfortable
– Controls are easy to use and the mike mute button is cool
– It’s easy to adjust the side with the ear/mic assembly
– The stand has enough weight to it so that it doesn’t easily fall over
– Includes a USB dongle so you can use this with your computer
– The instructions are well written

CONS:
– Frequency Response: Leans towards a low end and lacks in high frequency response. Nevertheless, this hasn’t impeded it usability for me.
– Headband Fit: While the speaker side is adjustable the side without the speaker is not which affects wearing comfort to a minor degree

Four of five stars due to the CONS, but overall, even with the CONS listed, this is a nice headset.
