What I did was clean surface with alcohol first and then I mounted it.
Also depends on surface..
Or u can use crazy glue just make that is where you want it.

We’re on a cable system and somehow our cable remote would not work. Friends said I needed to change the input on the TV. We spent 2 days looking for the LG remote. We were about to buy a new TV for the kitchen wall, when a neighbor suggested getting a new remote for $10 before buying a new TV. It worked and we saved $400. I had never heard of a universal remote for all LG’s. It’s now in a safe place.

I lost my remote on my LG TV and panicked :/ I ordered this remote and it came the next day and I was so surprised it actually worked with my TV! It even works on my Vizo TV. NO set up just put the batteries in and make some popcorn cause it’s TV time. 🙂

Wife didn’t use the holder so it still got eaten. Dog says, well he looked at me a certain way, that it tastes great if not better than the one that came with the TV.

If you have an LG TV this is the remote for you.. three different sized LG Smart TV’s and each remote work right out of the box did not have to program remote..UPDATE..2/27/2022 having second thought about remotes one has stopped working for some of the functions hopefully this is just one remote so I’m going to order a replacement and hope the other two that I had purchase don’t stop working

we had an old LG led tv that we lost the remote. the problem with this tv is that you can’t turn it on without the remote. so we couldn’t watch tv until i got this remote. when it arrived i immediately put the batteries in (comes with it) pushed the power button and tv came on! volume and input buttons worked no problem so now we’re watching movies on it with our firestick. two things i learned from all this is buy a tv with manual power, channel and input buttons just in case you misplace or lose the original remote and don’t let your toddler play with the remote. still wondering where that remote is. anyway, this works on LG tv’s.

Works good. A bit slower control than my original when it comes to changing volume and channel.

The remote that came with our LG TV(UH496100) had stopped working(the connection between the button and the “inside.”). This replacement looks almost the same as the one that came with our tv and it works great! (I should have bought this sooner to save some frustration!)

If you’re looking for a universal remote that is easy and all you have to do is literally turn the tv on, this is it!! I hate Searching for codes or going through 10 codes for it still not to work. Not with this remote. I literally Didn’t have to do anything at all. I didn’t use the holder because I dont Want sticky stuff or holes on my walls or furniture but I expect It would be just as great at the remote lol.

Right out of the box I’m worked on my mother’s 32-in TV that I take care of with dementia little things like that set her off anybody that deals with anybody with dementia know what I’m talking about.. so easy peasy she’s a happy woman again.
