However the more connectors you put in the path the more likely the connection will not be great. However overall USB cable length is limited. I quote from the the internet: "The USB 2.0 specification limits the length of a cable between USB 2.0 devices (Full Speed or Hi-Speed) to 5 meters (or about 16 feet and 5 inches). The 3.0/3.1 specification does not specify a maximum cable length between USB 3.0/3.1 devices (SuperSpeed or SuperSpeed+), but there is a recommended length of 3 meters (or about 9 feet and 10 inches). However, the biggest limitation to the length of the cable is the quality of the cable. Results may vary, but with a high quality cable you should be able to go beyond 3 meters. However, to ensure you achieve the best results possible, use an active cable when going more than 10 feet (3 meters)." This means if you want to go longer, put a powered USB hub in the middle.
If your Oculus Rift S has an USB cord then this extension cable will work. I use mines for my USB corded headset and it works without flaws. Hope this helps.
If your device has a USB port, this cable can work well for your device.
It will work , but it might cause a static noise while recording , getting a longer microphone cable with no extensions is better.
For further information you may contact your microphone’s manufacture to ask about (cable/cable extension) compatibility.
Sorry, we don’t have a cable of that length. But this and 3M cable is enough for many life scenarios, hope you will like it.
yes it does work I tried the 3 ft one and it works for me at least but I recommend ones made for VR like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q9Y1Y9Q/ref=cm_sw_r_oth_api_glt_fabc_BQS8NT9E8N5E16XJKNVN?_encoding=UTF8&th=1
If the Roku streaming stick uses a USB cable then this should work with it. This is ONLY a USB extension cable not a device connection cable . It would allow your device connection cable to extend for a longer dustance. It is for the 3.0 USB connection not the 2.0.
Yes it will extend any USB connection.
Yes, it can be used as a device extension cable for USB A port.
This USB extension cable is compatible with all USB 3.0 cables.
It should work but it may be long in addition to the lego device
This cable supports data and power as for tethering that’s, as far as I’m aware of, always done through a wifi hotspot. So you could charge your phone while running it as a hotspot.
Hello, the USB extension cable has a data transfer speed of 5 Gbps, 10 times faster than the USB 2.0 data cable, and the USB 3.0 is compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 standard devices.
If the headset mic is standard usb then this will work.
Great item I use it every day

I needed an extension from my bank of USB cords, and it needed to go across my floor where I might step on it– or trip on it. This was an excellent choice. The weight and material they use makes it lie nice and flat, and not curl up. Note: I’m not saying this is rated to be stepped on or driven over, but it’s durable enough that occasionally stepping on it on the carpet doesn’t seem to hurt it. One other thing I’ll say is that I don’t know the exact tech on this, but this sucker can hold a lot of digital bandwidth. I’m running seven (7!) USB 3.0 cables into a single bank– including one carrying hi-fi audio and another carrying HD video from a DSLR– and then this cable is carrying the data across my floor and into my computer without any problems. Very impressive.
This has great build quality. I was very impressed. It helped me connect my xbox controller to my pc. My pc is too far away from my couch and I am Not moving that thing again. It’s really heavy and one time I dropped it on my foot. OUCH! This cable is made of some types of metal. I bet I can pull my truck with it or use it to defend myself from a home invasion. Wouldn’t it be cool if I used it as a whip? Haha! It was super easy to install because I am not dumb. I would buy more of these if kmart paid me more. Tell all of your family about this cable at dinner. I did 😉
I installed this USB cable on my harley. I ran it from my stereo head unit all the way to the tourpack (trunk). Now I hook my phone up and it stays dry and safe. I run android auto without any problems. Not bad for a 10 ft. Cable. Considering so many people complain about bad cables as being the main reason their Android auto doesn’t work correctly. They say to use the shortest cable you can(preferably 3ft or shorter) . This one is 10 ft. Long! . So that says ALot about the construction of this cable. I’ll definitely be recommending and buying more from this company.
I needed a longer cable to run a telescope to a computer. After having bad luck with 15′ RJ11 to USB cables, I decided to try this 10′ extension with a 6′ one which I knew was working ok. And everything is now working just fine.
I bought this cable to move the USB dongle for my PS4 Platinum headset further away from my console. (As I learned having an extended external hard drive causes extreme performance issues with bluetooth headsets.) I am pleased to say it definitely made things a lot better. The heavy weave braided construction is sturdy and durable, I am able to run the wire away from my console but it’s not so fragile that I’m afraid to accidentally step on it. (Not that I recommend walking on it, but it is very sturdy compared to standard cables.) The connectors are very solid and provide a firm connection without being overly tight.
Not sure if this is a nature of the cable or the length – but I could not charge or connect my PS4 controllers through the extended cable. They would run through the hard-wired hookup – but would not sync.) Overall, a very nice durable quality cable for the price- I definitely would recommend to anyone needing some extra length to their USB wires.
seems fine for data transfer. I ran 3 tests. 1 was of my thumb drive directly into my pc, the next was the thumb drive into the extension cord into the same slot, and lastly, the thumb drive into a usb hub into the extension. The results were within the margin of error. I can’t speak for charging. If I have any problems I will update this review.
Bulletproof type durability, which is exactly what I was hoping for with this protective braided shield cable. I’m using this 10 foot cable to power a guitar headphone amp that has a rechargeable battery that won’t hold a charge anymore. This cable works perfectly for this as when I’m playing guitar I sometimes step on my cables when I move around. This is exactly why I wanted the extra strength of the shield. The braided shield seems to be molded in maybe, not sure, but I know it doesn’t separately slip or slide or twist. Has velcro loop for roll up storage. Extremely pinch resistant, great product, great price, arrived fast, highly recommend.
I bought this cord to power some external DVD burners. It arrived promptly and in good packaging. It did not appear damaged on arrival. Packaging was easy to open, and cord was well protected. The exterior braided cord is nice and adds durability to the cord. The cord works, and delivers power as desired. I have no complaints about speed or quality of delivery or the quality of the product. This USB cord works well, and should stand against pinches from the couch or other furniture.
I got this to allow me to put my camera farther away. I had tried putting a couple USB extension cables together and there was just too much loss to reliably work. This totally solved the problem and continues to work 8 months later. I use it 1-2 times per week, plug it into my camera and computer, then roll it back up when done until the next use. Connectors sometimes wear out over time but this still provides a good, solid, connection on both ends.
