I’ve only tried this with the Aastra 5xi phone units (57i, 55i, 53i) so I’m not sure. However, if the model is in their listing, then it should work. Note that they provide additional adaptors with the headset.

I’m using this headset with a Polycom SoundPoint IP 650 and it works well. The sound quality is as good as using the handset and is vastly superior to speakerphone use. It comes with a few adapters but I didn’t need to use them with my Polycom.

One tip: The mute button must be held down to mute your voice; it doesn’t operate as a toggle button, and it doesn’t have an LED indicator. That’s fine by me but not how I’d assumed it would operate the first time I used it.

Quality is about on par with a Chinese/Hong Kong made item. It isn’t “the best” quality I’ve seen, but for what I paid, it’s still worth it. the functionality is GREAT though. It’s very lightweight and fits my (big) head comfortably as it’s adjustable. The microphone boom is not flexible but will swivel up and down and seems to be working well. Everyone I’ve spoken to using it tells me that it sounds like I’m using the handset. The cord is also longer than the cord on some of the cheaper headsets I’ve had, which is a plus!

I have been waiting for a replacement for my original headset that goes with my shoretel phone at work. I decided to purchase this has that in the meantime. it is compatible with my short telephone and works wonderfully.I do have to move the microphone close to my mouth from time to time, but that is no different than my original headset. Sounds come through clearly on my end and people can hear me clearly on their end. I am not sure how long it will hold up yeah, but for now it’s doing a great job

We ordered these headsets for two folks in our office whose headsets would not work on our new Polycom phones. Both are very happy with the headsets and feel the folks on the other end of the line are as well.

This headset is great! It is compatible with my Polycom phone I have at work, so the bonus adapters were not needed. I was having trouble with people hearing me on my old headset, But not on this one. They can here me loud and clear. The only issue is if you have the microphone too close to your mouth you can here you breathing. If you lower it a little it resolves the issue. It is also a well made item. Overall I’m impressed and would definitely recommend. I have already recommended to my co workers.

This is actually the 2nd one that I’ve bought in this model (the first one I broke by twisting the mike up too hard and snapping one of the wires). It is probably the most comfortable headset I’ve used to date – even after hours of being on a call, my ears don’t hurt as much as they did with other headsets. Voice and headset quality is clear and set-up was less then 5 minutes. It also allows me to switch ears if needed so is more versatile. Plus, I’m not eating a foam ball all the time which was the real reason I bought it in the first place.

I use an Aastra 57i SIP phone and have no complaints from the people that are on the call with me. It’s a really great product at a very reasonable price.

I’ve been using these headphones for about a month, replacing another set that I had used for about 3 years. Everyone tells me how much clearer my voice sounds using this set, with no static and very low background noise. The voice on the other end is also a LOT louder, and clear. I can finally turn down the phone volume from maximum for most calls, and can turn up the volume beyond the normal level when someone is on a speakerphone or talking softly. I can’t believe I waited this long to switch!

I love the product. It worked perfectly fine and very constable to use all day long. However, it starts making a sound, at first I thought it was my phone but now that im back at work and I tried in different phone, I realized it was the headset. But, I got a totally brand new pairs of headset due to the inconvenience and the new one works excelent.

I bought this for work at a call center and I love the ability to adjust the sound and have my hands free for typing and writing notes.

Bought these for work and was really impressed with how great it works. Only downside is that the mute button doesn’t work. Not a problem, a simple push of a button on my desk phone solves this. Great product, has HD sound and really helps me hear those people who whisper into the phone. I’m going to have to buy another pair just in case. I’d hate for these things to disappear. They make my life so much easier!!!
