Not sure how many minutes but it lasts a long time and you can re-charge on the phone. I use it a lot and it is worth the money.

This works when we call our daughter in South Korea. It works on land lines. There is another card that works only on cell phones.

I think you can choose one number yourself but I only use it to call domestic long distance. I have it attached to my landline but I could switch to my cell. However you put a code in to make calls. So don’t know about incoming texts.

Very easy to make a call, yes, no other hidden charges, a $10 card last for much longer than I expected. I didn’t make any call for over a month, the remaining fund remains the same. Sound quality and services are good. I’m happy that I choose this card.

I send these to my son who only has access to a payphone, a lot cheaper than collect calls. He has never had an issue. They always arrive on time and ready to go. Thank you for a reasonable alternative to have contact with my son.

Calling card arrived swiftly, followed by welcome email with opportunity to request further info. We did have several concerns and emailed them, using the Amazon customer email service. We received a swift response, answering all our questions as well as an offer to assist us elderly folk in setting up our account. And advice about how to maximize our minutes, using the 900# on the calling card with our landline phone service (which includes national long distance).

While we have not yet tried the international calling, if it matches customer service, we will be very satisfied. (I may post an update if I have anything further to add. Otherwise, assume the best!)

This was the second time I got a card from zuzume. The first one was for $5 as a test. Just got an e-mail to activate it. Worked well with good prices to countries like Peru. When card ran on they were no longer on Amazon. They came back on Amazon but started shipping fee for a card rather than the original e-mail. That fee was at least $5 so for a $5 card the cost had doubles. I ordered a $10 card because of that and they ended up sending me a $5 card. After contacting them they corrected the matter totally adding the new funds on my old card; One of the problem was I used a check rather than plastic. It is a small family run company as i understand so they are more proactive. The card is very useful, the rates cheap, and the voice quality is pretty good. The best I have found in years.

This is my second time purchasing it. I still have a min left from last one. I call so many phone calls to South Korea n very long time n I still have min left. No cut off or disconnect like other phone card. Very good calling card!

This card is great if you are looking for an affordable way to make international calls. Super convenient (it’s the size of a credit card and pretty thin too), easy to use, and it’s rechargeable so you won’t have to get a new card when the money is used. My cell phone service provides international calls, outgoing and receiving, with coverage in almost all countries across the world. I guess I need to find a place to travel where it won’t work or it will cost me a fortune – then I’ll really be “off the grid!”

When my son was scheduled for a lengthy hospital stay and needed a calling card, I went nuts looking in all the big stores with no luck. I decided to try Amazon and found the Zuzume calling card. My son was able to make calls the same day I placed the order on Amazon. Not big on instructions that involve more than 2 steps, I called their support line and got a real person who was able to explain the best way for my son to place calls from a hospital phone. After setting up my web account so I can monitor when the card needs to be refilled, I forgot the password. Again I received a quick response with a new password. Add to this that there are no overhead costs: i.e., you pay for talk minutes only, the card is a clear winner. Highly recommended.

I randomly selected this card for use with a landline in a remote location. The customer service has been outstanding (I have called them to set up PIN-less calling and to set up an online account and they were super helpful). Did not expect that! Calling and reloading money onto it is a breeze.

The card was easy to use. To use the pinless feature, I had to call the company phone, give my Amazon purchase order number, and assign one of my telephone numbers. The lady I spoke with — who was located in Bolivia, by the way — spoke excellent English and was quite helpful. I used the card right away, by calling one of my cousins in Europe. The call went through immediately and the connection was crystal-clear.

Once in a while, you find gems but you have to search. This is one of them. I don’t have to go and find for calling cards, and since there are so many, its confusing. Before I purchased ZUZUME, I bought a Walgreen’s calling card, and it cost $25. I made two short International calls and it was done. Moreover, the rest of the money is wasted as you always have a few bucks left and cannot use it. You have to buy more cards or fill it over the phone. I bought $10 from ZUZUME, just on a trial basis and being cautious, its so easy to use. No long numbers or PIN to punch in. Loved it!
